At O’Yeah Ya’ll, we blend authentic Southern BBQ with hearty Midwest comfort in every dish we serve. Our meats are slow-smoked to perfection, from our tender brisket and fall-off-the-bone ribs to our juicy pulled pork and succulent smoked turkey. Each plate comes loaded with generous portions and homestyle sides like our signature Smokehouse Mac, Apple Pie BBQ Baked Beans, and Loaded Up Potato Salad.
What truly makes us special is our unique fusion of flavors and dedication to quality. Whether you’re diving into our creative Mac Bowls, tackling our loaded spuds, or sharing our family-style platters, you’ll taste the care we put into every dish.

After some visits. Collard greens, mashed potatoes, sausages all need improvement. It seems weird to be negative, but we have so few choices locally. Salt level is way too high – especially in the greens and sausage – the pulled pork and burger too it seems. Now, the positive from our view. Mac and cheese with chicken. Lobster. Scallops. Actually…worth the price. They’re good! And, the ribs, for sure. They were good. I typically grill ribs without smoking them, but these smoked ribs were good. And, anyone trying hush puppies that is not aware. Apply butter!

So glad to see these guys inside for the winter. The atmosphere is cozy, warm and comfortable. Great recreation of a southern BBQ. The food spectacular as always. A nice assortment of both wet and dry flavors for the wings. Hard to pick a favorite. If you are traveling in the area and haven’t had a good BBQ in awhile, this is worth going out of your way for. Also love that the owner is hands on and involved in the community. Waitress was nice and attentive also.

Brisket was so tough could barely eat it. Not to mention we ordered the double meat plate got 3 small pieces a majority of which was completely fat. Had to complain and ask for new brisket. Out of sides we tried to order as well as cornbread. Collard greens were probably the best there. Mashed potato’s and corn were plain and baked beans had way too much cinnamon. Will be the first and last experience. Whole group of people walked out before ordering because the wait service sucked.

We’ve eaten here several times, and overall the experience has been pretty hit or miss. There are definitely some positives, but consistency is a big issue.
From the start, service can feel a little off — when you walk in, it often takes a while before anyone greets you, which doesn’t give the best first impression. Unfortunately, food quality has also been inconsistent. The food is often served cold. On our most recent visit, I ordered wings that were cold and had almost no sauce — I ended up reheating them at home and adding my own BBQ sauce.
Another visit, I ordered brisket and pulled pork, and the flavor was very unusual and didn’t taste smoked at all. Even my husband commented that something seemed off. Portion sizes also seem noticeably smaller than they used to be.
On the positive side, the prices are reasonable, and breakfast was actually decent. However, many menu items are frequently sold out, which can be frustrating.
Overall, it’s not terrible, but the lack of consistency in service and food quality keeps it at a 3-star experience. With better consistency and attention to detail, this place could be much better.

They really need to get some lessons on there brisket and pulled pork. We could not eat it so tuff and way burned on the pulled pork. The Mac n cheese was so dry, couldn’t eat it. The only thing going for it was the service was great. I owned a restuarant and our smoked brisket is fantastic. Our pulled pork is also great. Come try it to compare with this. Pm me and I will tell you where it is. Kathy

Great food at a very reasonable price. The service and hospitality of everyone here is great. In my opinion, it’s the best BBQ in this area, and is probably some of the best BBQ I’ve had. It wasn’t dry, had great flavor, and there were so many options to choose from. JD came out to talk with us after we ate our meal and offered samples of other food from the menu. All of it was fantastic. You’ve definitely got a repeat customer with me! Keep it up guys, you’re going to do so well, here!

They did a beautiful job on the remodel. The music wasn’t too loud. Our server was attentive. This was our first time here and I thought it was pretty decent. The brisket is very salty and a little dry. The pulled pork was delicious. The loaded Mac and Cheese was really good. For two of us it was $36 without tip.

We drove 2 hours for a basketball tournament and when we go out of town it’s a family tradition to find a BBQ restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience here wasn’t the greatest … We ordered $90 worth of food for our family of 5 and two were kids meals…overpriced for the quality of food. The okra tasted store bought, the hush puppies were dry and hard as a rock, the brisket was rubbery and hard to chew, the pulled pork tasted frozen, and the kids wouldn’t even eat the Mac and cheese…had high hopes for this food and least to say we had to cook dinner once we got home…

I’ve been a fan of O’Yeah Ya’ll since the days it first opened across town in that little food trailer, and it’s been amazing to watch it grow. It’s such a welcome addition to the dining options here in Wisconsin Rapids. Their new location on 16th & Baker is fantastic, and I really appreciate having a comfortable place where I can sit down and enjoy a meal with my family.
One thing I especially love is the recent addition of gluten-free options to the menu. My daughter has to eat gluten-free, and there aren’t many great choices for her in Wisconsin Rapids. She loved it so much that she even chose O’Yeah Ya’ll for her birthday dinner! Even better, my other two kids are just as big of fans.
On top of the great food and atmosphere, they truly care about the community. When I reached out about sponsoring my son’s youth Mite hockey team through the South Wood County Hockey Association, they generously donated a wonderful gift. That kind of support means so much. I love to support local small businesses.

Owner gave us an incredibly detailed tour of the menu, sauces, his process, and the options before we ever even ordered. My mouth was watering the entire time. It was all true. Phenomenal dry rub on the ribs! If only i could wash it down with the perfect wine or beer… but we will definitely be back for the food, y’all! I’m coming back for the pork egg rolls. They look amazing.
