What an amazing find!
We were driving through and popped in for a quick coffee and breakfast. So so glad. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with plenty of local touches. The food all looks amazing and the burritos we ate were *delicious*. Consuela’s burritos should be everywhere. So stinking good.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and patient while we looked over all the food.
The coffee drinks were of a wide variety and delicious!

This is the cutest little coffee shop in Wellington!! I loved the cozy atmosphere and the peppermint mocha was amazing. Staff was also super friendly and excited that we stopped by. Definitely check it out next time you’re in Wellington for the best cup of coffee in Northern Colorado!

Really nice ambiance and good drinks! Great location in town and very cool layout inside. The spicy dirty chai was delicious and they have a nice outdoor area on the quiet street to sit as well. Fun art to look at also!

Going to Owl Canyon Coffee is an amazing experience with so many choices for handmade drinks and baked goods that can brighten any morning. If you don’t have a sweet tooth, then there are plenty of options for burritos, sandwiches, and other more savory foods. The staff there are also amazing and made sure all of my needs were met before leaving. I would totally recommend going again and again and again whether you are meeting with friends or just need some caffeine before going to work.
