Let’s start off with great friendly customer service. Most of the time you never see the pitmaster but here he’s actually giving you your food. I got a brisket slider and a rib slider. The meat is tender, and the barbecue sauce has some sweetness to it. I never thought to put pickled onion on barbecue and it’s delicious.

Darn good bbq! Brisket is flavorful and tender even without BBQ sauce, the bark and seasoning on the meat is delicious. The Beef Sausage is smokey with some kick to it, definitely a standout meat optional. Ribs are tender and also seasoned really well. The BBQ sauce is tangy just how I like it. Bonus points for awesome service, the pit master came out to give us juicy pieces of brisket to eat while he prepared our tray. Thx for being so welcoming and making delicious food!

Amazing BBQ!
I had the ribs and tri-tip with potato salad and collard greens.
Everything was delicious but the ribs were the star! So flavorful, tender and juicy, I’m definitely gonna hit these guys up the next time they are in town.
The collard greens were very very good. Less people tend to like collard greens so these can sometimes get over looked but not here.
The owner was also super nice. The kind of guy you root for to be successful. He spent some time talking with us and even explained how he sourced his meat from local farms so it can be as fresh as possible. A nice touch shows he really cares.

The mac and cheese was incredible, and the baked beans were exactly what I was looking for. I also had the chicken and sausage. They definitely don’t skimp on the meat. I didn’t get the bigger plate and was happily full.

The BBQ was insanely delicious!!!!! I purchased a catering order for a large group of people, the portion was ample, so flavorful and easy set up for a family style meal. Ramon was professional and super easy to work with!

I was having the greatest day. Show up to a farmers market turned the corner and saw stacks of records so I’m going through them when I was greeted by the unmistakable smell of BBQ! I followed my nose and there it was. OWENS BBQ and all its glory. Had a line of folks that were “oooing and awwing” when the orders were coming out from the grill to the cutting board to rest. From the board to the tray and then to the customer. I asked for a rib plate with mac and greens and I was not disappointed. Every bite was better than the last. My only regret was not taking a plate to go. MUST TRY!
