I recently visited Over Under and had a good overall experience.
The Skin Contact Trevino from Italy was a very interesting wine choice — great structure, expressive character, and something different from the usual selections. Definitely worth trying if you enjoy skin-contact wines.
The service was okay — professional but not particularly memorable.
The burger was solid, I would rate it 8/10. Good flavor and well prepared.
The atmosphere was the highlight — 10/10. Great vibe, very enjoyable setting, and perfect for a relaxed evening.
Overall, I would come back for the ambiance and wine selection.

Stumbled upon Over Under while visiting the magic city flea market. Wonderful, unexpected surprise. Best Mint Julep I’ve ever had. $1 oysters were perfect! Burger, fries, cesar salad and Gator bites also perfect. The fries were so tasty we ordered more! Will definitely return.

The food is very promising. The burger is decent and good fries. It’s sloppy and messy, dripping wet sauce, but tastes good. The crab hush puppies – ate they supposed to be that dense instead of gooey? Atmosphere is lively and soon filled up after 5pm, but the music that night (heavy mental) was not for me and a tad too loud. Def will come back to try the katfish po boi, gator bites and the blood orange pie….

So my wife and I were looking for a place that had vegetarian food late night (12am) and food a spot called over under.. at that point it had club music, but we sat outside and got a vegetarian burger and truffle fries, with a Caesar salad. Food was great, service was great and people were. We walked from CitizenM across from the heat arena. Keep in mind it is a college esk area, so the walk was mostly lit with some spots not so much. We took our 6 wk old for a stroll there. Very inclusive! I would recommend for sure. Maybe not the 6 wk old , but she love loud music outdoors, so it worked for us! Do not expect fancy.

We went on happy hour and ordered two Paloma’s. They were frozen and incredible with a generous amount of tequila. Then for the appetizers we ordered the loaded fries with pulled pork and it was really really good. As for the spicy chicken sandwich it was alright. It wasn’t spicy at all and didn’t have much to it but the side of fries were really good and I think that they cut their own potatoes so that’s amazing.
Service was really good and the atmosphere was nice with people coming in for happy hour and just relaxing.

This place is really cool. I’m local and just stumbled across it looking for a place open late for dinner. Their kitchen is open until midnight. The food is surprisingly good and fresh. Everything seems homemade and they have some of the best French fries I’ve ever had. I got the veggie burger with a lettuce wrap (vegan option). The vibe is also cool with a lot of character. A mix of locals and tourists alike. Service was okay despite Saturday night crowds.

The vibe here is great — cool atmosphere and an even better playlist. That said, I would never eat here again. I was served frozen oysters that were extremely fishy, and I just can’t get over how disappointing that was. Honestly, I’m just hoping I don’t feel sick tomorrow. Such a letdown given the setting.

Tried this place for the first time last night (7-8-‘24).
It’s pretty small; most of the tables are for 2 people. There were 3 of us, so we went to the bar and got drinks while we waited for a table to open.
I ordered a “Brass Monkey”. It was SO GOOD! My friends got a martini and a frozen mango margarita. I tried both and they were pretty strong! The margarita had a little spice to it.
For dinner we ordered the roasted carrots- FIRE ! The buffalo chicken sandwich- FIRE! The chicken cutlet (so-so), the grilled shrimp with naan- FIRE! The Caesar salad (excellent!), And the smoked fish dip (ok). The smoked fish dip had some liquid smoke added to it and it was too “Smokey” tasting. The chicken sandwich came with fries that were really good!
We ordered a second round of drinks and went to sit outside. There’s plenty of seating outdoors. It’s just a little hot in Miami, even at night, in July. But, it’s a place where people eat with their dogs, or have a smoke.
Parking is a pain in the . I went to a garage and paid $35! I could’ve valet it for $20 at a hotel.
I’d like to go again and try their “world famous burgers”.
