We were visiting town and went to this place on the basis of reviews. It was completely different than expected, but still a very pleasant surprise. It is a patio restaurant, with counter service although they do deliver your food. It has a large outdoor patio and a comfortable indoor area with some tables that more resembles the living room. It is a comfortable place just to hang out and relax.. No loud music, nice folks, and a neighborhood sort of vibe. Patrons were hanging out visiting or if you playing cards or cornhole. Parking is timed to 2 hours, so we left about then, but I’m sure if we needed more parking it would have been possible to arrange. It has a good selection of beer, wine, and cocktails, as well as food. We ordered the green chili pork appetizer and the margherita flatbread. Both were very good. Highly recommended.

9/20/25: wow, what a wonderful place. This was our very first visit but it won’t be our last. The environment, the friendly staff, the delicious food, it was all a fun experience.

Only two things to “warn” you about: 1) parking could be tricky. When we got there around 4:30 this particular Saturday, there were plenty of open spaces. It looks like you’ll have to pay BUT really you do not because you’ll get a code at the ordering counter to take care of the fee. Oven + Vine is across from an apartment complex & many cars were parked on the street. 2) Exiting could be troublesome. When we left, there were cars jammed on both sides of the street, making it difficult to see oncoming traffic AND we just happened to have a huge truck coming down the lane, taking up most of the street; glad I had a smaller car & could squeak by.

It was a bit pricey (between the two of us, w/ tip, we paid $130) – but we also got a lot of food. The charcuterie tray, roasted mushrooms, sausage penne rosa, and the Scotty’s sausage mushroom flatbread. Even writing this review three month’s late, I can still taste the deliciousness of all the food.

The drinks cost as much as any other bar; they were also very tasty: Garfield punch & boulevardier. Next time we visit, I think we’ll try to go earlier. Maybe the parking / exiting the lot will be less stressful. Ha!

The best hidden gem in Phoenix! With the most amazing staff! You gotta try the green chile stew and the fresh baked bread is incredible! Cozy digs with some of the tastiest comfort food you’ll find in town. You won’t regret and you’ll keep coming back!

The inside of this place is pretty neat. Some table seating, a few sofas, rocking chairs and fireplace. Says sit anywhere, so of course I pick the large French cushy sofa. Service was excellent and food was delicious, definitely will be back!

Ordered online for delivery via DoorDash. I got the Green Chile Pork with Au Gratin potatoes. The roasted green chile was flavorful without being too hot, comparable to what you might expect to get in Santa Fe or elsewhere in New Mexico. My wife ordered the Penne Rosa baked pasta. It was also very good. Their homemade bread was delicious. We look forward to eating there in person next time we are in the area.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and it’s always a good time. The owners make this place special. They are kind, wonderful people with great service and a great space. Very chill atmosphere, perfect place for socializing. I often come here with my brother and talk for hours; with good food and great drink selection, you will not regret visiting this hidden gem.

This is a cool little place. The outside patio is great and a nice place to sit and have dinner. The service was fantastic and the food was really good. They have a good selection of local beers which I love to try when traveling and some good cocktails too.

Got the baked rigatoni with ricotta. No ricotta and definitely not baked just a tiny amount of Parmesan. Very disappointed
