I bought an almond, chocolate, spinach and ham and cheese. The almond had great flavor, the spinach had a buttery crisp taste, the chocolate a layer of chocolate cream. The ham and cheese croidsant was very good a slice of ham and cheese.
. They were all very flavorful. I will be back to try their breads and pastries. I bought a cheesecake sauce for a friend. Im sure its great also.

Very good pastries here, all made by hand. The elephant ear was particularly good. The almond, and ham and cheese croissants had great flavor but were not as flaky and crisp as I had hoped. The bread looked fantastic – I’ll give it a try next time. Very reasonably priced.

Purchase several baked goods for Thanksgiving, all delicious!
But the apple pie was the best I ever got from a bakery! That pie tasted like a lot of love went in it! You’ll be making my Thanksgiving apple pie from now on! I always make my own, but didn’t have the time this year. Yours is way better! Thankyou!

Server packed two wet products in a small, thin paper bag together. When I returned home and held the small, thin bag, the wet products ripped through the bag and fell to the ground. I phoned the bakery and was told to return so they could replace my products. When I arrived, the server yelled at me across the bakery in front of other customers, blaming me repeatedly, and saying they were not at fault. They no longer had the wet products (jelly danish and quiche), so they gave me a couple cinnamon buns with a rude attitude. I drove away and felt so disturbed by the interaction that I returned to have a quiet, polite conversation with them about how I would have preferred the business interaction to have gone. The server said she was busy working and had no time to speak with me. I asked for contact info for the manager and/or owner. She said she was the manager and there was no contact info for the owner. I returned the cinnamon buns, and she refunded some money and said I was not welcome there anymore.

Please open back up on at least Tuesday. Please. You guys always sell eveything. I grew up in Woodbury and your pastries are half of what I look forward to in life. With your new schedule and my work schedule, I’ll never ever be able to get your pastries again. Please don’t limit your hours so harshly.

So for the past year and 8 months, one of my bosses has been bringing the Ovens of France to the office. Everyone loved it. It’s always such a delicious treat.

Today, on a Saturday morning, I decided to tell my husband we are going to Woodbury, CT, to the Ovens of France. It’s time for you to try it! We both had frozen cappuccino. Rich lovely frozen deliciousness! Then, we ordered an assortment of Danish and croissants. All so buttery, flakey, and more delicious than the last. We will go back! You should go too!!

My favorite bakery. Everything is amazing and I love to use it for gifting. The pear almond tart may be my favorite dessert I’ve had anywhere. And all there croissant products are fantastic as well.

I have driven by a few times and always wanted to stop in. I have had their desserts before but never stopped in. I was not disappointed. They have a nice cheese selection as well.

Wow. I am so incredibly glad to have found this gem. I have been looking for a proper French bakery, and this is one of the best I’ve come across! The pain au chocolat (chocolate croissants) are amazing, the perfect blend of salty and sweet. The texture is airy and delectable. The service here is also wonderful, everyone was super friendly. We also tried the crinkle cookies and coffee, both were excellent. Excited to come back for those as well!
