They make everything to order and it only took about 15 minutes for me, my dad, and my brother to get two “Ranges” and a bacon egg and cheese. Honestly one of the best breakfast places I’ve ever been to.

I finally tried this food truck after hearing numerous raving reviews . What a gem, we tried the sausage egg and cheese as well as bacon egg and cheese on the jalapeño cheddar biscuits and they were so good ! I loved that the biscuit was thinner than most places , the flavor was so great.

Literally the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. The biscuits were amazing. I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and added grilled onions. Very affordable prices as well.

This is the perfect on the go breakfast spot! I’m not a huge biscuit person but I would eat these any day of the week. They are super fluffy and you can tell they’re homemade on the first bite. Easy to park when you get there and the service is always exceptional, even on those busy days. Highly recommend grabbing one and taking to the beach across the street to enjoy!

My only complaint is that I didn’t get myself 2 biscuits!! I was tempted to hide the extras from my family . This place is great. Finally some good breakfast food to grab on the weekend. The biscuits are top notch and the sausage is fantastic. We will be back!!

This place was just as awesome as the reviews say. We thoroughly enjoyed the biscuits from this food truck, and are wishing we’d bought more! Everything was fast, made to order, and so yummy!! It is also right next to the North Shore Juice location so it made for a good selection all around. Definitely worth a trip if you’re on the island!

I had the best breakfast experience at this food truck in Surf City. Their amazing biscuit sandwich is a must-try. The biscuits are thin, which makes them absolutely amazing. Conveniently located right next to the North Shore Juice Bar, it’s the perfect spot to grab a bite. As a burly fishing and hunting enthusiast, I usually put a biscuit in my pocket on the way out the door, but not this biscuit—no way! It’s too good to save for later. Highly recommend stopping by! Best breakfast oven one breakfast food truck surf city, topsail, topsail beach.
Update Wife and I went back again on a quick trip to Topsail. The biscuits sell out quickly. They made a change seems they offer english muffins so we can still get a breakfast sandwich. Great change!!! If they ran out of english muffins and biscuits a protein no carbs breakfast bowl would be great. No biscuit no english muffin put it in a cup and I’m happy. I’ll update next time I’m here. Only bad thing is wife has a few to many on vacation and somehow I’m the one who has to go get the biscuit from the food truck. Could be worse.

If you want a real-deal biscuit made with quality ingredients, visit Mike’s Oven One food truck in Surf City. The bacon/egg/cheese biscuit was spot on – add an order of the hot honey for a dipping treat! You won’t be disappointed!
