minus 5 stars. I will not give this screaming owner my money again, this raging lunatic needs to be medicated or removed from this restaurant. Dimitri yells at his servers and guest at the top of his lungs How dare they have the Flames name on this horrible restaurant. Food is absolutely garbage. Do not waste your time, the steaks at Rolling Lanes Bowling Alley a block away is 50 times better. I understand that at the other Outriggers, the owner Dimitri was in a fight with clients, and someone left with broken ribs. The Flame has clearly burned out, and this place will close its doors quickly. Worst meal of my life

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Went there for Mother’s Day with my family and the food was horrendous!!! Steaks were completely rare when we ordered medium & well done, the potatoes were gross and the vegetables were frozen veggies! At the end the manager rudely said “if you wanted a free meal you got it” , which we had no problem paying for the bill, would have just liked the steaks to be taken off or discounted. Then within five minutes the owner stormed at our table demanding that we pay the bill in front of the whole restaurant. Completely immature staff and disgusting food. Don’t waste your time or money.

Outriggers is fantastic!!! Great atmosphere – they preserved some of the old ambiance of The Flame while making it feel newer. Wait staff is friendly and attentive but not annoying. Nice piano playing in the background. Lovely place. We WILL be back!

Musicians and Bands Beware!!!
The owner, Dimitri Mikroulis, hired my band to play on a Friday night. It turned out to be a very slow evening-there were only about 10 people at the bar. We were scheduled to play from 7 pm to 11:00 pm, but after the first set, Dimitri said that he wasn’t going to pay us because he didn’t have any business for the night, and started complaining about the band taking long breaks to get out of paying us. He refused to pay us and told us that the night was done, so we ended up packing our equipment and leaving with no pay. I’ve been a professional musician for 20 years, and nothing like this has ever happened to me. All my musicians are full-time musicians and this should never happen again. Shame on Dimitri for treating musicians with disrespect.

This place was terrible. I had a 24 oz. porterhouse. I think it was 12 oz. Potato was nasty. I’d never go back. This is not the Old Flame. Drinks are over priced.

I EXPECTED IT TO BE LIKE THE OLD FLAME WITH GREAT FOOD. TINY SALAD. FOUR SMALL MUSHROOMS. TOUGH CHICKEN. NO SIDES WITH THE SALMON.TOOK FOR EVER FOR THE ORDER . LEFT HUNGRY. MINUS 2 STARS
