I think the place is really nice with a great atmosphere and good tasting coffee. But I didn’t expect such a steep price for just a plain 12oz latte, $7.50 is too much. They don’t show the prices of their coffees until you order and have to pay. However, I will say I don’t regret buying it as it was a nice drink and time.

Fresh food, nice selection, lovely café atmosphere! Enjoyed my stop here!!They could use to reconfigure the insider perhaps to allow more tables. But it is a lively fun family friendly atmosphere. A very nice energy!! Coffee was good, but not great—a bit over milky. Nice food selection – and everything seems freshly made right there. Portion sizes are reasonable…not too big. A bit pricey, but a nice sunday morning gathering spot.

The Outpost is hands down the BEST place to eat in all of Traverse City.
From their fresh, house-made pastries and breads to their incredible coffee drinks, everything on the menu is absolute perfection—like fireworks in my mouth! The atmosphere is cozy and beautifully curated, the decor is charming, and every single staff member is warm, welcoming, and attentive. I honestly can’t rave enough about this place. It’s an absolute dream!!

Super busy on the weekend. Lovely place. I came up here for a family wedding and came here every day I was in town. The decor is impeccable. I loooved the staff they were soo sweet. I tried a variety of pastries which were all incredible. The decaf coffee was amazing, and my family said the lattes were really good too. I cannot wait to come back one day <3 <3 <3

Wow! The chicken sandwich was AMAZING! I was needing a quick snack and sometimes I think coffee shops have “so so” food. But I was desperate. The bread was incredible and it was so insanely flavorful. I didn’t get any coffee and I was super tempted by their merch but after a weekend of splurging on the amazing food in TC, I decided I’d save it for next time. The staff is really enthusiastic and friendly. I loved it!

The latte I got was absolutely delicious, tasted high quality. My partner loved his coffee. We got a burrito, sandwich and some pastries. Everything tasted great and the ambience was calming. Will happily be back!

I think I found heaven. Everything was so good! Came to Traverse City for a work trip, and found this local coffee shop. I’m always on a mission to find almond croissants – and they had them!! Already five stars just because of that – but even better – the coffee was delicious! Not super sweet, you can taste the beans, just delicious. The music was a vibe, the items for purchase were cute – my favorite was the toddler sweatshirts! I’m always purchasing local coffee shop sweatshirts – and I thought it was adorable I could get my daughter one! Highly recommend this spot.

The vibe and atmosphere alone is so chic and bohemian! It’s a chill space with a lot of seating options and outdoor seating!
Service was amazing! Very friendly and prompt and for being a first timer and struggling with what to order, the person taking my order wasn’t wrong what to get!
I order an Iced Vanilla Latte (and being told that the vanilla syrup was homemade was definitely a draw), and also got an Outpost chop and all I can say is WOW!
*Add-On* The Spicy Italian, was a lot lol. If you aren’t ready for that much meat then this isn’t the sandwich for you. Kind of which it had alittle more of a kick but it was good.
**Add-On** On a cold chilly and rainy day, I had to get the tomato soup and let me say….WOW! It was so good! Also got the
Chicken Avocado, and my only small complaint is that I which it had MORE avocado.
