THEY HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Not sure if they are under new management but this place no longer values its customers or the prices on both printed menu/online ordering….when calling in my small garden salad order with grilled chicken I was charged 12.95 but the menu clearly says 8.95 when I addressed this they said there pricing is going up and their new menu will be out in the summer and would not honor the price

Today I placed a order for delivery. First, the lady on the phone was very rude, spoke very loud on the phone, and had placed the wrong order. I purchased a Grilled Chicken Wedge that includes lettuce, tomato, mayo. Instead, they gave me a grilled cheese with ketchup. When the food arrived we noticed that it wasn’t what I had order and called Outpost Pizza Stamford. When, calling the store we spoke to the lady and told her that we was sent the wrong item if they can resend the correct item at no cost and she had the audacity to say that we had to repurchase a new sandwich plus pay for delivery. Finally, they accommodated me and still give me a NASTY sandwich once again but this time UNCOOKED!

This used to be our go-to pizza place but we’ll be switching to somewhere else. The pizza is pretty good but the service is bad. The lady on the phone is often rude and my best advice is DO NOT GET DELIVERY. They are always running behind and you’ll end up waiting an hour and a half or more. It seems like they only have one delivery guy and he has too many deliveries or something. We’ve been ordering from here for years but the wait time has gotten too bad lately.

Super disappointed as I used to LOVE Outpost and order from there almost nightly! Food is great, but over the past year, orders have been suuuuuper late, CONSISTENTLY wrong, and management has been absolutely *inappropriately* rude. There was an incident that took place with Seamless, where the driver delivered us the wrong order – we called the driver and he proceeded to CONTINUOUSLY hang up. We were then accused to that we were trying to “scam” them to get a free pizza!! WHAT?! I am confused at what kind of approach this is to customers?!!!! I have never experienced this to be honest, and reading other reviews I see that this is happening to others. Disappointing as I used to love Outpost, but this behavior is honestly just wild and outrageous.
