We crossed the river from Red Wing looking to try something new, and this spot checked all the boxes for us. The menu offered broasted chicken, pizza, burgers, cheese curds, and even coin games to keep things fun. We received wonderful service directly from the owner, which made the experience feel extra welcoming.

Biscuits and sausage gravy were off the hook. Possibly best I’ve ever had. Homemade Biscuits were so buttery. Sausage Gravy would have made my Grandma proud. Just stopped here on a whim while passing through. Very family-friendly for dining. The owner, Lisa, served us and was so friendly. Definitely on my list for a future call back.

The Outpost is a great bar. The owner Lisa seems like she is a fun lady and knows how to throw fun events. It is a great stop for bikers. Also fun to see that it is a community gathering place. Highly recomend.

Stopped in here on what is a known busy biker weekend. It was definitely understaffed as we waited probably 10-15 minutes to even have someone take our orders, but the food came out rather fast. Other than that, the food was decent, the atmosphere was good. Will stop in again when in the area and hopefully get better service.

We stop there many times over the riding season. Great staff and customers. Good food at a great price!! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. The owner has done much to the bar to make it an enjoyable experience for all and she does alot for the community, patrons and those in need of assistance across the USA!!!

My husband and I have been to this establishment a handful of times on our bike! Great food!! I had the Hamburger wrap and my husband some of the jumbo shrimp. The owner was bartending and was so kind and pleasant. A great host!! It was so clean and newly remodeled! A must stop!
