Pulled pork was ok, kind of dry. Used the sweet sauce and it was great. Mac & cheese was ok, kind of dry. Baked beans were BLACK and tasted like scorched molasses. The lady serving food was sweet, but the cashier could have been friendlier. Decent location with decent parking, clean and smelled great! Probably would eat there again, minus the sides. Large portions!!

Ding, ding, ding …. we have a winner here. 45 min drive worth every penny. Very friendly staff. Lots of options for food to include the sides. The brisket was very tender and flavorful. The turkey was very moist tender and had an awesome taste as well. The pulled pork was moist and had a great flavor. All the sides were top notch. I was a little skeptical about kettle chips because I don’t normally like them but however these were an exception. Before I forget the brisket Chili was phenomenal! It is a sweet Chili not spicy at all but very hardy and served hot. The restaurant was a little small, but very clean and organized. The portion sizes seemed very generous. If I were to knit pick something the BBQ sauce seemed very thin and I prefer thicker sauce. I can’t wait to come back.

Nice little BBQ place. Two of us got the two meat with two sides and a drink. It’s a lot of food. We could have shared it and been fire. The brisket and pork were good. The baked beans, chili, and chips were great. Staff was very nice and helpful! Reasonably priced.

I took my mother out here to pick up a truck and she saw this place and she wanted to try it. And omg the food was so good. I love their brisket, mac and cheese burrito. It was the greatest brisket I ever had and I’m really picky with my brisket. I’m from Michigan and this was worth the 1 hour drive to come here. I would rate this 10 out of 10 if I could give it.

holy moly that was delicious. just left there and i got the “Mac & Brisket” burrito and my mom got the pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw. ive never had a mac and cheese burrito before, so that was a first, wasnt even able to eat the whole thing!

5 stars for outstanding customer service!! We had a wedding dinner planned and the scheduled caterer did not show up. We called to see if they could feed 50 people, and they showed up! Less than 30 min later they provided a meal for our guests, and some didnt even know there had been an issue. We cannot thank them enough for coming through!!! Great good, and excellent service!! Highly recommend Outlaw Smokehouse

If you are traveling across 24 in Northern Ohio, and you stop into Napoleon to grab a bite to eat, you would be hard pressed to find Outlaw Smokehouse by accident. It is a little gem that is very well hidden on the south edge of town, right along the river. “Quaintly nestled” behind and between some very industrial steel buildings, even if you are intentionally trying to get to it, you might still have trouble finding it. If you do, your effort will be rewarded with friendly service and tender brisket. I take my brisket seriously, usually smoking my own since most places can’t seem to do it right, but Outlaw was a pleasant surprise. I was there 5 days ago, as I write this, and my mouth is watering just thinking about it again. Stop here for lunch or dinner, and thank me later.

Amazing. Period. Wings. Brisket. Pork. The Coleslaw is perfection. My only regret is not having a large enough stomach to inhale it all, but now my fridge smells amazing with leftovers.
