Stopped by here after an RV show at a local college. The food and drinks were good. Bartender was friendly and the bar had a food atmosphere.

The Outlaw Saloon is an absolute gem and a much-needed addition to the Rockland/Northern Bergen County area! Finally, Rockland has a true country-focused bar, and it does not disappoint. From the moment you walk in, the energy is top tier — great vibes, fantastic live music, and a welcoming crowd that loves a good time. The food is way beyond your typical bar fare — flavorful, fresh, and made with care. Whether you’re just grabbing a drink or staying for a full night out, this place delivers on all fronts. If you’re into country music, good food, and an authentic, lively atmosphere, this is the place to be. Wednesday’s are a must, trivia night!

We came here on a Sunday to watch the Bills game and overall, we actually had a really good time. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fun and lively for a game day crowd. Servicewise no complaints at all.
That said, the pricing completely missed the mark for a gameday. Shots were $9 each and seltzers were $10 each. For a casual Sunday football day, that’s excessive. We go out often and don’t mind spending money, but spending over $200 after tip for two people to watch a game, have some drinks, and enjoy basic specials isn’t reasonable for a bar in this area.
If this were a higher end cocktail lounge, that would be one thing but for a football crowd, the prices make it hard to justify coming back. We truly enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the great staff, but unfortunately the cost of the afternoon is not on par with a casual Sunday outing. We will probably try again for the country music nights but I hope they can include some specials for the more casual days.

This place is family. Phenomenal food, drinks, outdoor space….. owners are so welcoming and warm, bartender Jason is a career marine corp veteran and just happy to be alive and serving people – A true example of a patriot and very humble. The vibe of this place is just comforting, friendly and cool. Selfishly I hope this review doesn’t get them too busy. But whatever. They deserve the 5 stars and if I could give more stars, I would.
