Great servers and an endearingly sad but friendly environment. The kind of place you go to drink a very reasonably priced beer and listen to Neon Moon while the server does her best between managing loud patrons with zero boundaries and making small talk with you despite your awful conversational skills. Also you can play pool here. Best bar in town, hands down.

Outlaw Rays is definitely one of my go to spots. I drive from the Galleria area at least once a week to hangout. The wings are AMAZING, Jordan had me try the cheesesteak pizza and I’m a fan of that as well. Jordan is an awesome bartender, super attentive, and always great conversation. Tamara is another favorite of mine there.

This is a fantastic place to hang out and enjoy a drink! My experience was made even better thanks to our server, Taylor, who was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, friendly, and had such a great attitude throughout our visit. Taylor made sure to take our orders quickly, and the food arrived in no time. She consistently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, which made the experience seamless and enjoyable.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND asking for Taylor if you visit—she truly goes above and beyond! I’ll definitely be requesting her the next time I’m here.

She was so attentive, welcoming, and bubbly. As soon as we walked in Taylor greeted us with a smile and got right to us. We never had to call her over for a refill or because we were ready to place our order. She was on it! She made great recommendations and was very knowledgeable of their menu.
Outlaw Ray’s is a great spot to chill out and have fun. Taylor made our experience extra great though.
