As a thriller and romance author, I’m always drawn to places with strong character, and Outlaw BBQ has plenty of it. I’ve been here many times, and it consistently delivers.
The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food comes out quickly without feeling rushed. That balance matters. The interior has a fun barbecue theme with bold graphics and displays that give the place personality. Even the tables have cool printed designs that add to the atmosphere.
The meat selection is excellent. Solid variety, well prepared, and dependable every time I order. It’s the kind of spot where you know exactly what you’re going to get, and that’s a good thing.
As someone who writes both thrillers and romance, I appreciate locations that have a distinct vibe. Outlaw BBQ has that relaxed, confident energy that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy a meal.
I’ll definitely be back.

We absolutely LOVE Outlaw BBQ!!! We have made it a destination foody stop driving from Tri cities area. Everything we have ordered has been excellent as has the amazing service. They go well above and beyond to bring fresh ice water out to our SPICEY Siberian Husky and everyone loves him. Doggy dining on the covered patio has become his favorite place to eat with us. Never seen a place so warmly welcoming to behaved leashed doggys.

I would love to get this place a five-star rating but it was lacking and smoke flavor and flavoring in the coleslaw and mac and cheese. Everything was good quality food just didn’t have no distinct flavoring. The sausage was okay. Their sauces were good. Just not up to par with everything else. Cheesy cornbread was too crumbly fell apart and just big ball of cheese in the center of the muffin

We drove from BC to Great Falls, MT with our dog. Spokane Valley is the half way to stay overnight . This is a nice pet friendly BBQ restaurant at Spokane Valley. The patio is good for our dog. Food was delicious and price very reasonable. Service was good. Highly recommended if you are bringing pet. We went there again when drove back to Canada.

Omg! Yum! Best bbq I have had in a long time. Came in for a quick bite to eat with my little bro and man was I impressed even convinced me to get the cheesecake that was to die for! Outlaw… we need one of these in my town dickies and famous Dave’s could NEVER compare..

We had an excellent meal here and left thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious with generous portions, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the restaurant itself was spotless. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’ll definitely be coming back!
The pickle fries were a standout—crispy, flavorful, and addictive. The kids’ burger was the perfect size for my daughter, with a thin yet generously sized patty. We also tried the ribs and a couple of sandwiches, and everything was both hearty and full of flavor.

Stopped in for an early dinner at a new place and we’re glad we did! We started with the pickles and orca (great choice), then shared the “Everything Plate” so we could sample it all. When our server asked what we liked best, we each had a different answer — everything was that good.
Great food, friendly service, and some great old-school country music playing in the background. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Spokan Valley!

Absolutely fantastic, LOVE this place! Food is awesome, delicious! Great atmosphere. Jill was our waitress and made us rate this place as 10/10. The service she gave us was the best part of the dinner!

We’re from the South. We came. We are. We freakin’ loved it! Stumbled upon this BBQ joint coming home from the mountains. The family (including a deeply southern gent), judged this to be some darn great BBQ. I think the best beef ribs in the PNW! Great mac & cheese too — think spaetzle topped with pulled pork. The house sausage was chef’s kiss. We grabbed some mini pies on the way out, and the huckleberry was light, not too sweet — just perfect!

I was in town and was craving some BBQ and found this place and figured to give it a try. Wow is all I said taking bites of my food lol. I got the meat plate which is 3 meats of your choice with 2 sides they were not shy with the portions. The waitress was friendly and awsome a soon we walked in. They have a good selection of cheesecakes for desert . I highly recommend this place
