Great spot if you love food that tastes like Raising Cane’s, just thicker meat an I think better. The chicken is quite crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauce is rich and tangy, just like the original. Simple menu, fast service, and consistently satisfying comfort food. Perfect for a quick, crave-worthy meal.

longtime loyal customers here who truly enjoy Outlanders, which is why i am disappointed to even have to write this.
My wife went to pick up our order recently and followed the usual process: she called when she arrived, like we always do. Unfortunately, no one ever came out. After waiting, she ended up having to go inside in her pajamas — not exactly what she planned — and it looked like other customers were having the same issue. If this is a staffing challenge, a simple heads-up for pickup orders would go a long way in managing expectations.
On top of that, the sauces were incorrect again. Which happens a lot. Normally we just let small things slide, but since we still haven’t heard back from the restaurant after reaching out directly, it feels important to mention it. It’s frustrating to get home and realize things are wrong, and it would be great to trust that our order is correct without having to double-check every single time.
We love this place, and that’s exactly why we’re sharing this feedback. We respect the business and hope to get at least a call back or some acknowledgment. Loyal customers just want to feel valued in return.

Just had a team event at the restaurant! I can’t say enough about the food, atmosphere and service! Top notch service! Food was amazing! Atmosphere was fun and unique! We were in town from Cleveland so knew nothing about the area or restaurants. So glad we went there! Had the best time and the owner accommodated our group so much!

This is the easiest 5 star review for completely unexpected delicious food. We were passing through the town and had an opportunity to experience some of the best chicken and all the flavors that it punched. Portions are big the price is right and the chicken is delish. Now Iets talk about mac and cheese… TRY IT.. it’s that good. Got to meet the owner and hear the story. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and it shows. The art of food. Next time I’m in Nashville I will definitely come back.

We ordered the Nashville hot and regular tenders with fries. Both came to our table within 5 minutes nice and hot. Probably the most tender and tasty tenders we have ever had and the Nashville hot was spot on! This is a difficult feat to achieve.
The 4 dipping sauces were also good. This place is a diamond in the rough and should not be missed.
Just simply awesome!
I believe the club will be making an official visit soon.

I have been to this place a few times for lunch, but today my experience was flat out disrespectful I waited exactly 37 minutes for 3 chicken strips and didn’t get my food until i asked for a refund because my lunch break was over with, I was told sorry and was handed my food with 3 chicken strips and a box full of cold burnt fries.The worst part is i tipped them for absolutely nothing,But WE live and learn . And I really liked this place but they showed me they don’t give a damn about me or my stomach lol

Just came in from Colorado while passing through. This is the best Fried Chicken I have ever had. Super sweet and kind servers, and some finger lickin sauces. I got the hot chicken basket and my partner is annoyed because I can’t stop talking about it. 5 stars.

Great local joint! The wings and sauce selections were good. Do yourself a favor and order the fried Mac n cheese balls too! The customer service was AMAZING! We were greeted right away and asked if we had any questions about the menu multiple times. Really sweet and made us feel at home.

Good food at reasonable prices. Staff was mixed between friendly and just there. The chicken tenders are larger than most places and were really good. Fries were just okay and were basically scraps that couldn’t be dipped in sauce. There is seating inside and outside. It is somewhat limited seating so there may be issues finding a place to sit during peak times. They do have takeout here.
