Had such a delicious meal at Outback Steakhouse! My ribeye was cooked more well-done, exactly how I like it, and the staff didn’t judge or give me any funny looks at all — just great service and a welcoming attitude. The food was flavorful, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the whole experience made me feel relaxed and appreciated as a guest. I’ll definitely be back!

I was looking forward to a great steak dinner with my mom..
Instead, we got over-seasoned steaks. Hers was supposed to be cooked exactly like mine, but came out way overdone, so we had to ask for a new one, only to get the manager Dominic, who was very rude. Did not understands one I was trying to tell him that I also had a steak that was overseaoned. If anyone knows anything about good’s take.If the meat is good, you don’t have to hardly season.It just a little bit of salt and pepper . I had shared part of my home with my mom, well, she was waiting for hers..
Ended up taking it off the bill, however unpleasant. It made me feel like what I was saying didn’t matter..
But you don’t go to a very nice steakhouse to get your one thing, if it’s not cooked properly you will not enjoy it.
Sweet potato skin was burnt , as well as the asparagus….– should not have been served like that.
Very disappointing this time.

Service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant, but the food was disappointing. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger cooked medium, served in a lettuce wrap with fries. The fries were lukewarm at best, and the burger was overcooked and fell apart when I tried to eat it. The lettuce wrap was also excessive—it seemed to be an entire head of lettuce, which made the burger awkward to eat.
Not impressed and definitely had better food experience at other outback’s. This place sucked

There’s really no one in Olympia that makes a consistently better prime rib than the outback restaurant here. I’ve had most of the surrounding restaurants prime rib and none of them are better. And for my sides, I always get double broccoli because it’s so good. Also they will cut you as big a piece as you want starting at 10 oz. I usually have them cut me a 14 oz. And it’s always Good. I would say though, that outback needs to upgrade their bread. Give me a nice sourdough instead 🙂

All the steaks were great, also the cheesy broccoli and house salad with my favorite ranch. The new fried mozzarella was great. The best part however was our server Spartacus. (May go by Jesse undercover). Personable and quick with drinks. Made us feel comfortable and welcomed.

We went on a Friday and the series awesome!! From getting seated quickly to and served was great. Our waitress was AMAZING she was helping so many tables so fast while BEING PREGNANT!! She had the best personality as well and made us feel attended to and appreciated! Best service we had in a long time.

You already know a Bloomin’ Onion is a must every single time. That’s non-negotiable. But this time I noticed something new on the menu: Bloomin’ Chicken. I had to try it… and wow.
The chicken is coated in that same legendary Bloomin’ Onion seasoning crispy, flavorful, and straight-up addictive. It honestly surprised me how good it was. If you’re a Bloomin’ Onion fan, this is an absolute must-try.
Not sure if it’s a limited-time item or here to stay, but Outback if you’re reading this—please keep this on the menu. You definitely cooked with this one.

Excellent service from the lounge area on a Wednesday afternoon. Our food was hot and delicious. I wish there were more Outback Steakhouse’s around.

The party on one side of us was helped before we were, and we were there first. The party on the other side of us got their food before us or the party that ordered before us. They brought us our bread but no plates for us, and I asked for more napkins and they didn’t arrive until I asked a second time. We also requested a table not a booth, but the host seemed frustrated about it. And said it would be a 25-30 min wait for a table. Luckily he realized that there was one in the bar and seated us right away. Not the best experience, not the worst.
