Everything here was amazing! The whole staff knocked it out of the park, grand slam for sure!! Steak was cooked to absolute perfection (i was told by Andrea the cooks name was Julio) !! All the staff was friendly and so attentive. The bartender (Andrea) made the best old fashioned i have had in years! She was so nice and friendly, she is an absolute Gem!!!! I am from Denver, CO and this place was the best outback steakhouse i have experienced…..EVER!!

Well, went there for lunch right when they opened. Maybe it was an off day. My bone in rib eye was a rib eye cut I’ve never seen. More like a bone sliver than a bone and mostly fat see photo. They refired one to go. My wife’s chimichurri steak was ordered medium rare came out well they refired it it was fine onion pedals were cold. Salad and baked potato good. 3 Drinks ordered seems like no alcohol. Lunch took over an 1 1/2 hours it was brutal. Service was supr slow. Food stains inside the light at our table and ceiling panels with water stains. Front door handles dirty as well should probably be metal instead of wood. Place needs a remodel. Might try again at a later date.

Food : the food was great! Tasted fresh and hot. I enjoyed their 3-Course deal they have going on. It was nice to try a variety of items for a special deal. The Caesar salad was refreshing and tasted amazing! I also really enjoyed the blossom chicken. I had just enough room for the “thunder down under” brownie to finish my meal.
Service : I got there right when they opened and people were flooding in right away. It was the bartender who was also the server and she was crushing it, attending to all the tables. My food was spaced out and not rushed which was nice.
Atmosphere : since I went right when it opened it was nice and quiet. I liked all the Australian decor in the restaurant. Was fun.

I came here with two other adults and one child around 1:30 p.m. We were seated right away, and our server came by shortly after to take our drink order. There isn’t an Outback close to where we live, so we made a point to visit this location since it’s the closest one to us.
When we arrived, it wasn’t very busy, but it started to fill up while we were waiting for our food. Unfortunately, we noticed that several tables who arrived after us were already being served. After about an hour, our server came back and let us know she had accidentally not sent our order to the kitchen on time. I did appreciate her honesty, but by that point we were already irritated and very hungry.
She brought us our salads, which helped curb our hunger a bit, but we were still frustrated. Our food finally arrived after well over an hour. The disappointing part is that the food was actually really good, which made the long wait even more frustrating, as it negatively affected the overall dining experience. The only item that was comped was our appetizer. They offered dessert, but we were not in the mood to wait for that too. Plus, I rarely order dessert at a restaurant. It seemed like a corporate way to move us along.
I understand that the food and service industry isn’t easy, and human error can happen anywhere. It’s just unfortunate that it impacted this experience so much. We did enjoy the ambiance and the food itself, and if we decide to return, we’ll likely check in sooner to make sure our order is on track so we don’t end up disappointed again.

Food is delicious. A little pricey. The waiter was absolutely amazing and so kind. The only difficulty was that we had to wait quite a long time for our food to arrive, which is expected considering how bustling they were with business.

The 3 course dinner is a pretty decent deal with lots of options. However, our entire course was served exactly as our salads were served which meant we had to enjoy our entree first and then salads if we wanted the food hot. The food was all cooked perfectly as ordered. Even the coconut shrimp were tender and juicy. Dessert was delicious too!

Barb and tried the Aussie Aussie Aussie special. First, we ordered the Bloomin’ Onion. We had the Blue Cheese Pecan Chopped Side Salad and
Fried Buttermilk Chicken Sammie. One with Baked Potato and the other with Macaroni Cheese. Then we had the New York Cheesecake with Raspberry topping. There was a lot of food and it was delicious!

I’m giving the food review a 2 because of the lack of changing the oil more frequently. The service was fantastic, but the atmosphere I gave a 3, do to the womens powder room being closed, therefore sharing the mens room. The mens restroom was clean and presentable, but be sure to lock the door to keep out the opposite sex.
We joined the Puyallup Outback Restaurant the week before Thanksgiving. I ordered the deep fried shrimp dinner plate with a baked potato & wedge salad. The shrimp that was deep fried was soggy do to old oil. My partner had the steak dinner which included a loaded baker, and salad. His dinner was to his satisfaction.
On December 29th we ordered take-out. The blooming onion and deep fried mushrooms…once again the oil is over used and both the onion and the mushrooms were soggy. We love the Outback, with one exception, the lack of dirty oil. Please bring this issue to the attention of the store manager/cook, whom ever will address this concern. I would love to have the Blooming Onion fresh like it was when it was first introduced. Really miss that!!!

Staff was nice and attentive even though it was a busy night.
The steaks were made perfectly, and everything was very clean. We appreciate how quickly they bring out the bread and butter and drink refills.
Tonight was the first time I had lobster that was the perfect temperature, and the melted butter was delicious.

Good service and good food. Our waitress was amazing. We enjoyed the blooming onion so much it disappeared so quickly. Our burgers were delicious.
