Recommend rib eye. The bread before the entrée was really nice as well. We waited for a while before entering the restaurant because there were so many customers. But it didn’t take a long time. The portion was big for me but it’s a nice place for a family meal.

First time here in years and it didn’t disappoint. Sat in bar area which was a little loud, but not unbearable. All staff were attentive and friendly. We had cheese fries which were okay. Cheese was kind of hard when they brought it out. Probably sitting too long. I had ribs and a sirloin with a baked potato and broccoli. Meats were excellent, baked potatoe was okay and very small. Wife got steak salad and she thought it was pretty good. Overall, a great experience and we’ll be back.

Listen. I ordered a prime rib medium rare. Out came the most overcooked, well-done prime rib I’ve ever gotten in my life. The server said that it was the last one they had and it had been cooking in the hot case all day. So why did they serve it to me instead of telling me they were out of medium rare?? The worst part is I was sitting at the bar waiting for 15 mins for another drink and to swap the plate for a rib eye! Finally, I gave up, paid for my one drink and left. Just look at the picture! It’s as white as a pork chop with not one drop of moisture!

I was very surprised. I hadn’t been here since before covid, I had always had very good service and good quality food in the past. I ordered a chopped pecan salad, and the lettuce was brownish, my husband ordered Filet Mignon, and it wasn’t filet Mignon, the waitress was very slow at taking our order and even when we put our plates to the edge of the table, she would come deliv er us something or walk by and just leave all the dirty dishes, the manager did come out and made my husband a new steak but that evening we were both very sick in our hotel rooms

We usually really enjoy going to Outback, but lately the Salem location has had food quality issues. The portion sizes were skimpy and lacking in quality. The service staff are very polite and accommodating so no issues there.

We will NOT eat here again!!! I called the day before to confirm this location was honoring the week special of steak and lobster for $24.99 as advertised. She didn’t know but asked the MANAGER and he said yes!!! When we arrived, the server had no idea and went ask the MANAGER. She returned and said they honor it at $29.99. I told her we just called yesterday, etc. She left, and the MANAGER returned to say they only honor it on Tuesday, another story?? When he returned, my guests pressed him, and he gave us another story about wages being much higher here than other states. Three different stories!!! We ordered other steaks, etc. They were tough and had no flavor. Positive was our server, Nick. He was great.
