I really wanted this to be a good experience, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment.

Our bill was around $130, and I had hyped this Outback Steakhouse up to my family based on past experiences. I left feeling embarrassed and full of regret. The pasta was extremely watered down and honestly tasted like soup, not a pasta dish at all.

I asked for my steak medium rare, and it came out completely well done and very dry. There was no pink at all. Definitely not what I ordered, and not what I’d expect for the price.

I do want to say our waiter was amazing. Super kind, attentive, and did his job well. Unfortunately, good service couldn’t make up for how bad the food was.

My family originally wanted In-N-Out, and I talked them into coming here instead. I wish I hadn’t. It wasn’t worth the money, and sadly we won’t be coming back.

Absolutely best cooked steak from a restaurant ever!
The entire meal was picture perfect (see included photo) with everything being incredibly fresh or cooked to perfection.
Likewise the service was awesome. My sever “Chad” was always available when needed, yet was never hovering or intrusive. He was friendly, helpful and welcoming from start to finish, as were the rest of the hosting staff.
Loved how their “text message when table is ready” program meant that I could relax and tend to business on my phone without having to worry about not hearing my name called as I waited for my table (and not a long wait in spite of how busy it was). It also helped that they had a pleasant and comfortable area for customers to rest while waiting for their table.
Although the restaurant had many patrons, I never felt rushed and always felt they were tending to my needs. Their policies & procedures, together with the excellent staff, all added to the enjoyment of my dining experience.
I visited on Veterans day and their promotion honoring Veterans was classy and made me feel appreciated.
Thanks to the management and all the staff of Outback for having such events and making their guest experience so phenomenal.
Now, regarding the food:
The salad was ample and included a great variety of fresh veggies. It was so fresh in fact, that I never felt the need to use the dressing.
The bread was a unique dark wheat variety that had the perfect balance of light taste & heartiness and included fresh whipped butter.
Yet it was the steak that surpassed everything else being served. It was cooked to the textbook definition of “medium rare” and the outer “sear’ surprised me with the blend of pepper and herbs. Perfection fails to capture how excellent my steak was prepared and served.
I have and will continue to recommend this restaurant to my friends and loved ones after this recent visit.
The food, atmosphere and employees all combined to make a wonderful dining experience. In fact, it was the best dining experience I’ve had in the last decade, and I hope you will give them a try for they deserve your business.

Seated by front door was freezing, kids misbehaving, server acting strange, scolded by manager when I complained about my steak being well done and burned when I ordered medium well. Still waiting for new steak 20 minutes later. Awful experience after a hard day’s work. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. They did remake the steak twice and still wasn’t right but they took it off my bill so I gotta give them that. Maybe train your cooks on how to cook a steak on your own time.

We waited 30 minutes for a simple salad and French onion soup, only to have our entrées dumped on the table 5 minutes later. The sauces were sloshed all over my food like someone plated it during an earthquake. The server was nice enough, but we had to wave them down more than once just to get basic attention. And the smash burger? Still red on one side. How does that even happen with something that’s literally supposed to be smashed flat? Overall, the food was bland, the execution sloppy, and the service inconsistent. Friendly smiles can’t make up for food and timing this careless.

PS The cheesecake was still frozen when you served it.

We have not been in some time and I’m so glad we decided to try it again. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. We had steak, coconut shrimp and wedge salad. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. It melted in your mouth! The coconut shrimp was fresh with a tasty breading. The wedge salad was one of the best ones I have had. Lots of toppings and again very fresh vegetables. We wil definitely be back very soon!

Our Take-Out orders were mighty delicious. No photos because we ate them all before taking any pictures. ♥️

However, our orders were:
PERFECTLY GRILLED
SALMON with squeezed lemon, seasoned rice and sautéed mushrooms.

FILET* MIGNON AND LOBSTER TAIL
COMBO (8oz Filet* mignon) with squeezed lemon, fresh steamed broccolis and seasoned rice.

Went on Sunday with wife. Open at 12 got there 1220. Had to give our name for a seat. I said Ron. He said Ron Howard I said no Brinlee. He laughed and said you do have red hair. I said if you see red you’re wrong
My wife said can we sit at the bar. Oh only if you sit at the bar. Well we moved to the bar. Had to wait for service. Ordered blooming onion n wife had Caesar salad which did not taste like Caesar, 6 coconut shrimp and baked potato. It was all breading (photo) is just the breading. No flavor. Cheese cake was still frozen. Won’t be back!

My friends and I went there to eat to celebrate a friends birthday on 11/22 at 7:30 pm. We had a party of 6 and called ahead to see if it would make it easier for the restaurant. our server Felicia (not sure if I spelt it correct) started off being super nice and attentive but, as the night continued the service got worse. She started being more rude and nonexistent. Food took over 30 minutes and she didn’t check on our table for the whole time. for reference the place was a little more than half empty. My steak was overcooked and I couldn’t even tell the server because she didn’t stop by our table for over 20 minutes so, i just decided to move on and eat it. She asked if we needed anything after the food was brought and we asked for A1 sauce and she didn’t bring it till my plate and a few others were completely empty. She didn’t bother telling some of the people who got holiday alcoholic drinks that they were out of the koalas till after they had ordered and been served them. when it came time to pay 2 of our friends wanted to be on the same check and she gave attitude about doing separate checks. On-top of that one of our friends paid in cash and when she came back with everyone’s receipts except the friend who paid in cash (keep in mind our friend never said anything to the server about keeping the change). The server goes “oh did you want your change?” I’ve never experienced a server who assumes they get the change as a tip. I think that was a gross thing to do as a server and as a person. If our friend never asked about her change i’m sure the server would have never said anything about it which is stealing. It was such an uncomfortable moment and we weren’t really sure what to do or say. My friends and I are all nice and like to tip between 15-20% each when it comes time to pay. but after this experience we all didn’t want to tip anything. We still did to be nice but this was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had anywhere. Considering the restaurant had more empty than full tables the service was lacking. I’d understand if it was busy but it was the opposite. I hadn’t eaten at this restaurant before that night and definitely won’t be back. I try to be fair and maybe she wasn’t having a good night but one thing after another piling up and we weren’t happy.

Worst service I’ve ever had before…. They had ran out of prime rib before 6:30pm so I ordered a steak. When the waitress brought it, I asked for 57 sauce. When it was clear that she had forgot to bring it to me, I asked another waitress for the 57…. 15 minutes later I stopped our waitress and asked for togo boxes. I let her know that I still didn’t get the sauce I had request from her and 2 other staff. Her only reply was “well it’s been busy tonight” not even half of the tables were full the whole time we were there. That comment alone pissed me off. Did she bring me 57 with the to go box?? Yes, she finally did. But then forgot that my order came with raspberry cheese cake…. So I called her back to our table. She looked at my receipt to make sure I wasn’t lying??? Uggggg!!!!! I doubt I’ll ever go back. FYI…. It took another 10 minutes for the cheese cake to show up.
