Good time as usual I think, but this lobster… 4oz of $15? Seems really overpriced and it tasted very sour wasn’t good. If you want to enjoy the lobster I’d go somewhere else. The steak was cooked good, under seasoned, but not too chewy. Still come back once in a while just really was looking forward to some good lobster tail.
And for a refreshed restaurant and new look, the bathrooms were smelly and very dirty around the toilets. Idk why in Reno you can’t just hire a cleaning service to come once in a while instead of just letting it sit and get worse. Would hate to look in the kitchen

I haven’t had Outback in over 10+ years and today was the day. Super fast service and not crowded at all I’m sure me being there at 1115am had something to do with it. The meal was great, steak cooked to perfection and seasoned well. The lobster was a smaller than expected but still very appreciated and had the right amount of char from the grill. Great experience over all.

Tremendous Outback location. Love the food here. Service is always great. Bartender was perfect! Had the chimichurri filet and it is so great. Next time I’m coming back for ribs!

Upon entering, our hostess was not professional, as she was using her phone and provided a rude attitude while seating us, however, our waitress was very welcoming and friendly. Our food was very delicious! Looking forward to coming back soon.

Ordered curbside and the app was forcing a tip even before checking out. ( I know it’s a thing most places do but for curbside??) Food was cold when brought out, missing components of the main dish & completely unseasoned. We try to go here once a year to see if the food and service get any better but unfortunately it has not. Not worth the money or time to drive here. Will not be returning in the future.

We got seated promptly on a Friday night. Our server was great. The bartenders were quick to serve us. The food was good but not great. The plates were large portions, and the prices were good. The broccoli and cheese was yummy. It was a clean restaurant.

Thank you for such a nice experience for my dad’s birthday. More on the pricey side but great food and great service. Only complaint is the restaurant was pretty hot, I know with the sudden weather change the AC could’ve been out or something tho.
Food came out fast and tasted great! Fav is definitely their shrimp and can’t go here without getting a blooming onion.

Felicia was amazing! Parking lot looked busy thought we were gonna be waiting forever, but got seated immediately. Not happy with some price changes but im smart enough to not blame staff. Steak was on point tonight, absolutely no sauce needed.

This place pleasantly surprised me! The steak was juicy, the salads fresh, and the sauce hits just the right note – way better than the sour ones other chains serve. Cozy vibe makes it perfect for a date night or couple’s outing. Definitely worth a visit!
