Had the best time at Outback tonight! Our server Kayla was an absolute gem. She was so fast, so sweet, and didn’t even mind when I asked for extra butter (a true hero). Everyone there was so friendly, and the manager even came by to check on us… you don’t see that anymore!
I got the cutest drink ever and I’m so excited I get to keep the cup! Totally made my night.
The steak wasn’t my fave. I think I’ve been too spoiled at home haha. The garlic butter made it a little earthy, so if you’re trying it for the first time, maybe get it on the side.
But honestly, between how amazing Kayla and the team were and being on a date with my favorite person, it couldn’t have been a better night.
Ps Marketing idea: Please offer sourdough bread, I want that with your butter! Mmmm!

This is my son’s go to when we have a boys dinner . The service has always been very professional . The food is consistent . It has a quiet intimate vibe that we can have long conversations without interruptions. If you are in North Mesa, I recommend.

Had a great meal at Outback tonight! Our server was Micah, who we’ve had many times, always professional and helpful. We ordered steaks — filet & prime rib (Outback style). Both cooked to temp, with sweet potato & salad as sides. Sides were fresh, perfectly portioned for the meal. Only item of note is the salad dressing. Outback has gotten a bit stringy with it, a real head-scratcher because why make a customer ask & then wait for more. Overall, amazing service and great food at this Outback.

Such a great experience at this location! Lauren was our waitress for the night, and she was an absolute delight. I just had to go for the Seasoned and Seared Prime Rib. I tell you they did not disappoint! Tender juicy and full of flavor (heads up-may be too much spice for some) plated alongside a small dish of au jus and creamy horseradish sauce (highly recommend). All signature steaks include two sides of your choosing. 4 o’clock was a good time, and the crowd didn’t start rolling in until 6 o’clock.

My wife and I have been regulars for decades, and today’s meal was absolutely perfect. Not just because of the food, but also because of our server Micah. He was exceptionally attentive, saw to our every need, made sure our water was full, and checked on us multiple times. And once again the food was perfect. I asked for my spices on the side, I had him bring oil and vinegar instead of dressing. He brought that out. Everything was absolutely perfect. My wife said this was her best meal that she ever remembers, and I would concur with her. Everything about the meal was perfect. I do want to pay high compliments to the staff because the bathrooms were spic and span. The whole place was spotless.

It’s easy to give good service when all goes well. It’s how one handles less-than-perfect issues that defines quality of service. Our server, Luke, and his manager jumped right in when my steak came out over done. My perfectly done steak arrived with a completely new dinner in no time. Some would focus on the not quite right steak and complain. However, how it was handled to make it right defines the service. My service was excellent. Thank you Luke and manager (I apologize I didn’t get his name).

Luke was a great server. I know Luke has nothing to do with the prices. But they were outrageous. We’ll probably won’t be coming back to Outback. All we got was two meals. A filet mignon and two lobster tails. I consumed my lobster tail in two bites. Now we know why we haven’t been here in a while. We’ll continue to avoid coming here. Sorry. The food was great. Just too expensive for our taste $137.00
