Experience was awesome with my server but when the food arrived to the table (Ted) sets the food down and proceeds to ask “do we need anything?” Which I replied “yes, may I get some silverware because my server has forgotten to give me any. He then tells me “That’s not my job..” and walks away. Apparently Ted the Expo doesn’t believe in team work or communication skills with his workers or customers. Honestly made me not want to return, and will do just that. Take my service somewhere where it is appreciated.

I stopped in last month during my first ski-trip to Utah. On Sunday, January 11th, I stopped in alone to have some dinner. The location was lively, friendly, and welcoming. My server, Eduardo, deserved top marks. I serve at a resort restaurant back in Florida, so I can tell you his service was something to be commended. He was lightning fast to attend each of his tables, made sure everyone was enjoying each of their meals, and extended pleasant appreciations, as well as farewells when his guests would depart. My Caesar salad, 9oz Sirloin, Blooming Petals, and Mac and Cheese were absolutely delicious and much needed after a long day of riding. At the end, even the host was kind enough to fetch me some takeout silverware, so that I could enjoy my leftovers back at the hotel the next day. That experience was such a warm point of my cold winter vacation that I hope the fact that I’m writing this review a month later serves as a testament to its lasting impression! Well done staff, and thank you again, Eduardo!

Place is old and needs a deep cleaning. But staff were very nice. Server was knowledgeable about gluten free, which was very nice. Steak was cooked perfectly, but it did have a gritty texture- so not the top tier cut of beef. Because I asked for gluten free, steak had no seasoning, which was disappointing. They could have done butter with salt and pepper for the gluten free steak. Over all, its a decent place.

Great dining experience at Outback Steakhouse. We ordered steaks with a side of fries, steamed broccoli and the blue cheese salad with pecans – everything was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned so well by the chef that there was no need to add anything — just pure flavor, right off the grill. The fries were crispy and the salad was a fantastic mix of fresh greens, tangy blue cheese, and crunchy pecans — a great contrast to the savory steak.
Overall, a well-balanced and satisfying meal. Special thanks to our waitress, Amy who provided outstanding service throughout the meal. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. It really added to the overall positive experience.

Steaks were raw, so we sent them back. The kitchen sent them back out to us, they were overdone to the point of crispy. The Mozzarella sticks had little to no cheese in them. The outside and inside of the restaurant is just gross. Choose somewhere else…

Food was good. Salad and desert were better. Steak not so much. We went for their offer that runs on TV, 3 for 13.99 or something. But of course when you go there, all proteins have their prices and adds on from 7 dollars and higher even for deserts. So don’t really plan on anything under $25 for main course and side.

Ordered a 9 oz. Steak… More than half of it was grizzle and fat… Was not edible at all.
Huge disappointment. The green beans were good and the coconut shrimp.
Onion peels was a decent pick, it’s about 1/3 the size of a blooming onion for around $6 or $7.
Waiter was great.

The food was spectacular! We all ordered 8 Oz. Tenderloin with lobster. They were perfectly cooked rare, and so tasty. A few miscommunications with our server but it was good. I got the clam chowder and bloomin’ onion, so good!

Horrible place to eat at! My soon to be husband and I decided to go there tonight to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We called the day before to reserve a reservation, the lady on the phone did not say that they don’t do reservations, so when we arrived for our reservation they said that there was still a 30 minute wait. That was the first red flag! They also didn’t have our name down correctly either. When we ordered our food it took about 45 to an hour to actually get our food, my steak was very rare when I ordered it medium well and I ordered a filet (tenderloin) and what I tasted was NOT a tenderloin. It was the most disgusting flavor of meat. I thought it was just because it was raw, so the server had them cook it longer and then it came out overcooked and burnt and crispy with the same disgusting flavor, so at this point I was done and we asked to speak to a manager and tell her about our experience, and she took off my fiancés meal because it was more expensive than mine, but he still had to pay for mine, even though it was disgusting! I have never been this disappointed at a restaurant before. I felt like the server didn’t really care about our experience, and I felt like the manager also didn’t really care. I feel like we should have gotten a discount on what he “had” to pay for. I am so upset! My Valentine’s Day was completely ruined. Do not go to Outback Steakhouse! Choose somewhere else to go.
