We were seated right away with a group of 7. Service was fast and friendly. Drinks were well attended to and we didn’t have to wait long to place our order. Food came out hot and fresh within a very reasonable time. Portions were good and pricing was ok. Overall we left with full stomachs and a pleasant experience.

Wow wow wow , far from anything I have witnessed in some time . Every one of the steaks cooked incorrectly, waitress wanted to fix but really out of 4 steaks not one correct now I know why Texas Roadhouse was so busy . Saw many table with steaks and food left on tables . Better find a cook and pay them well if you want to stay in business. Just passing through on work business .

Popped in on a Thursday at 7pm and sat at the bar. Took 10 minutes to get a drink, 20 to place my order and almost another 30 to get overcooked food. When we finally were able to tell the bartender our complaints, she promptly went straight to the kitchen and her attitude was was easy to overhear. Then they took 25% off & gave a bill for $91. Needless to say we will Not be back anytime soon.

I’ve been here twice. Seated right away, wait staff is fine, food is okay at best and took nearly an hour after we ordered to get a chicken sandwich and a burger. Not sure why, it didn’t seem busy or anything. Food here really is not worth the wait, probably will not be returning.

Order a medium rare rib eye and it was so burnt it was overly well done it was almost not edible extremely dry. My kids food their steaks were completely different t sizes even though the order the same size and it had so much fat they couldn’t even eat it waste of 80 dollars for an awful awful dinner!! Do not recommend going here

As visitors from out of town, this was the most horrendous experience ever. Appetizers and drinks, didn’t come for 45 minutes. Hour and a half later did we finally get dinner. My 80 year old mother got raw carrots, instead of steamed. The cleanliness was unkept. The waitress could frankly careless. Management acted as if they had no idea, as they were training cooks. Worst worst experience ever. We will never go back and neither will my family who lives in Casper. I do not recommend at all!!!

We did a take out order and it was COMPLETELY wrong.
Missing 1 entire meal, the most expensive meal for my starving teenager.
Asked for and did NOT receive silverware and napkins, super important to have when staying in a hotel.
Steak was cooked wrong, Mac and cheese is inedible, took nearly an hour to get the missing meal.
Overall this was a horrible experience.
Pretty sure on future trips to Casper we will choose a different restaurant.

I’m not one to walk out of a restaurant. I am one to voice my complaint. However tonight I walked out of Outback Steakhouse Casper, Wyoming. Everything was great until it wasn’t. We were promptly seated, promptly greeted by our server, and our drinks came out quickly, the appetizer also came out quick. Downhill from there. After 45 minutes of waiting the server came to our table and said she did not enter our ticket because she forgot to hit a button. She did admit fault. I asked if we could get at least our soups and salad and the server stated she would be right back. 20 minutes later and she finally came with soups and salad. Another 20 minutes we still didn’t have food. We asked to just pay for what we received and we would be leaving as we had somewhere to be. After waiting another 10 minutes we got up and walked out. Not to mention that to access the parking lot you have to drive through the hotel next doors parking lot and enter the outback parking lot from the back. No directional signage on how to actually access the parking lot. Nothing but a huge concrete barrier at the normal entrance. It’s been a very very long time since I’ve eaten at Outback and it’s going be beyond a long time before I’ll ever go back to another. We originally went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner and we decided on Outback because it was a 35-45 minute wait. Could’ve had an excellent meal at Texas Roadhouse had we just waited it out. But nope Outback had a nearly empty parking lot so we decided to give it a try. Won’t be doing that again!

Just moved into town, as a server bartender I definitely have my standards when dining in. Our waitress Sadie has been amazing, definitely the best part of our experience. The food was mediocre, management nowhere to be found but our girl handled everything we had to say about the food she DID NOT COOK with grace. She deserves a raise. What a rockstar. We WILL be back but it won’t be for the food. Thanks again Sadie!
