Jose truly made our visit to Outback Steakhouse exceptional. While the food and atmosphere were exactly what you’d expect from Outback—consistently good and comfortable—it was the service that set this experience apart. Jose was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. He anticipated our needs, checked in at just the right times, and kept a positive, welcoming attitude throughout the entire meal. It’s rare to find service that elevates an already solid dining experience, but Jose did exactly that. We’ll definitely be asking for him again on our next visit!

Hannah is absolutely exceptional! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, friendly, and absolutely charming. She struck the perfect balance of being friendly without hovering, and she made sure everything was just right throughout our meal.
Our food arrived exactly as ordered, drinks were always refilled before we even had to ask, and Hannah’s positive energy made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does.

We came in Christmas Eve and had a great experience. Emma took excellent care of us, she went above and beyond our expectations. She especially was great with our strict celiac (no gluten) needs. There was good gluten free options (although I wish they had a separate gf fryer-so we could get fries and more exciting gf appetizers). The gf chocolate cake was delicious. We all will definitely come back. Thank you Emma for your exceptional service!

Wanted to send a positive note to your server named Emma. Tonight at pickup, she was the first of 3 different waiters to stop and ask if I had been helped, even though she wasn’t working to go. She also was extremely kind to give me a 2nd bread and fill up a cup of ranch (which im addicted too) when in the past when I’ve asked, I’ve gotten one of those small sides of ranch. She was nice, helpful and attentive. Very much appreciate her help, give her some kudos on my behalf!

Came for their Kookaburra wings which never fail! Food was great minus my steak being a bit undercooked but they quickly got that fixed and made me a new one. Our sever Jose was fantastic he never let my drink run out. He kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Overall it was a great Valentine’s Day dinner!

Last week we went to Outback on a whim and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Our hostess was really sweet I did catch her name though. Our server Sara was provided 1000/10 service! She was so great, made wonderful recommendations and was just so sweet. The food was great, my filet was cooked to perfection and my husband loved his meal too. We will definitely be back.
