Excellent food! I’m guessing maybe they where short staffed due to taking a good minute to take our order and there was a good wait time to sit and tables empty but other than that was good to eat here with my Iraq veteran uncle and make a memory.

My first time here so I was super skeptical since I’m not a big steak person but everything was A1 I loved the potato soup and the salmon , the battered shrimp was a bit salty for my pallet but everything else’s was seasoned perfectly , my family loved the steak and veggies with Mac and cheese ! Juan was an amazing waiter very attentive & helpful during ordering and through our stay here ! We appreciate it will be back soon

I was genuinely impressed with the quality and taste of my steak, it was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The service made the experience even better; Scout was outstanding, attentive, and made sure everything was spot on from start to finish. Because of the food and service, I’ll definitely be revisiting while I remain in El Paso. Without a doubt, this is the best Outback Steakhouse I’ve eaten at in my lifetime.

Went tonight for my 14th wedding anniversary. My husband had never been here before, and he left saying it’s his new favorite place. The food was amazing and hot. Our waiter Abraham was the best! We both had never been treated so nicely and like family at a restaurant before. We will definitely be coming back.

The steak, while being tender, was also remarkably dry for some reason. The fries I had asked for tasted like some one dropped salt all over them, and the waiter kept forgetting to get me my drink till the very end of the meal when we were about to leave. I had expressed my negative experience to the waiter and they made no effort to make it right, which is okay since I don’t really expect anything when I do, but it goes to show how little management and staff thought of my negative experience. All in all, I would not be willing to recommend anyone here since the plates are expensive, especially in a place where customer service isn’t a priority.

Outstanding Experience at Outback Steakhouse!
My husband and I were traveling through headed to San Diego, California and we decided to stop at Outback Steakhouse in El Paso, Texas right off of I-10 W. interstate. We had an absolutely amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The manager kindly seated us and explain they were short staffed. It may be a little bit slower service than normal. Our server, Juan, went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and incredibly quick without ever making us feel rushed. He was so funny and made us laugh a lot, which was a nice change. The manager also took a moment to check in on our table, which truly showed how much they care about their guests’ dining experience. This is my part of the best outback steakhouse we’ve eaten at over the last 15 years.
The food was nothing short of fantastic. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. You could tell the kitchen put real care into every dish. The timing was perfect too—quick service without compromising quality. And that’s with them being in short staffed.
We left extremely satisfied and impressed. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable! We’ll definitely be back when traveling through El Paso, Texas! We highly recommend this Outback Steakhouse ️

The sirloin steak was a little dry but still had good taste. It was a very busy evening due to Father’s day coming up so things were a little slower than usual, hence I’m giving them credit for trying. The Wedge salad was very good, one of my favorite dishes. The blooming onion also hit the spot.
