I gave the service a 3 because I really wanted to leave with a real boomerang I was ensured I would get one but didn’t . Besides that little thing everything was on point ☝️ loved it all we will definitely be back soon. The service was really amazing the manager was on top of her game as well. He left full and happy and wanted for nothing the entire time. Thanks guys!! Ps. I changed it back to 5 stars

After a day of doctors, I was really hungry, and I wanted steak. My wife and I decided to go to this restaurant and make no mistake it was the best decision. I ordered the prime rib, and my wife ordered the tenders. The volume of the music was a bit loud because we had to repeat what we said to the waitress. The atmosphere was quite good. When the food started to come out, the staff just did a great job of serving it and refilling the awesome bread.

Really enjoyed my visit to Outback Steakhouse Lubbock. The food was fantastic and the serve very quick and professional. There wasn’t much of a wait at all. Expect to spend some money for some of the options. Other than that, great experience, absolutely recommend!

The food was excellent! All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The chef stopped by our table as well. By far the best part of our experience was our server, Maya! Her smile and her service were amazing. She was so pleasant and her willingness to go above and beyond was great. All around great experience.

Front of the house needs to learn about manners! They were making fun of my mother in laws weight not knowing we were there together. I’d rather someone be heavy wet than skinny and thinking they’re better than thou. Ordered steak topping and it didn’t even come out with the meal. A lot of money for a stupid inconvenience. The food always taste good and our waitress was by far beyond amazing!! We will be back but like I said, this place definitely isn’t for heavy set people unless you want to be judged and laughed at.

My wife and I had the opportunity recently to eat at the local outback in Lubbock Texas. The restaurant was fairly busy, and the food was good. Our waitress was a young lady named Kirsten. She was very friendly, and personable. She continually making sure our needs were addressed, whether it was making sure our water and drinks were filled, or making sure our food was cooked as ordered. Overall, it was very good service. Would definitely eat there again.

Visited recently and while the food was amazing, our server Alyssa R. made our dinner that much more enjoyable. Even though the wait seemed long she came by to check on our table and apologize for the wait and made conversation! It feels like so many servers today only want to get the job done and forget human interaction is part of the dine in experience. Thank you Alyssa for being such an amazing server!

Was there Monday night 8/21, the food was ok like always but the service was top tier, Alyssa r. Was very easy going such a nice young lady, she was quick coming back and forth bringing everything my family needed. Would give her a 10/10, when we go again I would definitely ask for her service again.
