My husband & I LOVE their steaks!! They’re seasoned just right & cooked perfectly. If not, then they’ll make it right for you. Just tell your waiter or waitress. We love their WallyBeDarned frozen drink, Coconut Shrimp, Alice Springs Chicken, & Mango Iced Tea. I love their Caesar Salad! And ask for extra dressing on the side. My husband gets the house salad with Tangy Tomato dressing. Fair warning… nix the Fettuccine Alfredo. It’s just not up to what we Americans expect. But there’s so much more to choose from, love & enjoy! The service is excellent as well as friendly & accommodating! You’ll have a very enjoyable experience. Also, remember to go to their website to get on the waiting list! You’ll be glad you did!!

Last night my family and I made reservations to celebrate a birthday at this crappy establishment. We were excited to try it out as we had not been before but immediately were turned off by the lack of customer service and the restaurant was over all small and crowded. Even though we had a reservation they asked us to wait while they clear a 2nd table for us. After waiting 15 minutes in a crowded waiting area I decided to ask why we were having to wait for a reservation. The man at the hostess stand was not very friendly and proceeded to say although we made reservations we had to arrive prior to that time to be added to the list. I asked my family member who made the reservation if that was informed to her and it was not. I then asked the hostess if we could be seated as soon as possible and he stated “we can sit you guys separately”. In my opinion that clearly was not the best solution. I asked to speak to manager which he stated he was the manager. Not sure if he truly was as he was working the hostess stand the whole time we were there but if he was he definitely needs some better training. Did not get his name because he did not introduce himself but he was a bald man with a terrible attitude.
We ended up taking our business to Saltgrass – it’s right down the street from here and it was the best decision. Immediately welcomed by a great team and we were sat immediately. If you are looking for a nice dinner with friends and family I strongly suggest to go to them.

First time eating here in person and I was amazed. Custom service started with a wonderful greeting at the door. We were promptly seated. This location is super clean with incredible staff. Food was really good and again the service was top notch. We will be back soon. Thank you for setting such a high bar for other restaurants in the area.

I always enjoy Outback, although our steaks were extra sallllty with a side of shade. But the real prize of this visit was my server, Amira!
She was the sweetest and most witty server I think I may have ever had. And I was in the service industry for six years. This girl needs to be taken out for dinner, and given a raise.
She was so on top of everything the entire night, even though she was completely slammed because it was prime time on a Friday night.

Not the best experience in Outback Steakhouse in Round Rock. Way too long to wait for the main dish, more than one hour and a half and it was nothing special. Cheese fries and burger were good, the other dishes could be much better. Too many flavour in dishes, didn’t like the sauce in steak salad, too heavy and lots of garlic taste. In other steakhouses you choose the sauce and it comes separate so you can add how much you want, this sauce ruined the salad and the meat taste. Same situation with cesar salad. My husband didn’t like shrimps at all. Even coke tasted more as water, not tasty at all. Restrooms are dirty unfortunately. Very dissatisfied, my expectations based on most of reviews were higher than what we had. Will not back there anymore.

One day we will take photos of our food. We love the food so much we just start eating. Beautiful dining room and staff is friendly. The bar is great too. Fun drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic. Great meal deals too. We love Mac cheese, Tasmanian chili, sweet potatoes, chicken on the Barbie, seared tuna salad, Victoria filet, steak, cheesecake, Caesar salad, and lobster legs are delicious. Worth a try!

We haven’t been to the new one in Round Rock till last night. We always went to the first one built and the restaurant had the most amazing manager (Ben) he would personally walk to each table to check on the customers and get to know a little bit about us and share a little about himself. Great connection that had us going back.
This new location we gave the five stars ad our waitress (Liz) was awesome! We both talked about the expectation of having the manager come by like Ben did but that didn’t happen. We did see the manager several times but it was mostly at the hostess station.
We will return as everything else was great but with lower expectations of that personal experience that Ben always provided. We do hope he is OK.

The food was basic and was good. The only reason for the missing star was because even though it was just a baked potato and basic salad, it took 15-20 minutes for the food to arrive.

Walked in the ladies that greeted us were amazing and got us seated immediately which is always nice. Sat down we were looking through the menu and our server came a little while after we were sat down. We already knew what we wanted to drink and our appetizer we had it down. He took our order for our drinks and our appetizer. We didn’t know we had to ask for the bread as it has always been given to us when we were greeted by our server. So we thought maybe you all were not offering the bread anymore. Then a lady came with our drinks and another lady came with our water. Then a gentleman came and brought our appetizer to us. He asked us if we wanted anymore bread. I said we were never offered any bread but we would love some bread. He kindly went and got us a nice hot fresh loaf of bread and fresh butter which literally made our night. Our server was asking every other table around us if they needed another drink, how is everything but never offered after the second time if we wanted another drink or anything. So I took it upon myself to grab the tablet and order myself another drink. Easy peasy right? We ordered the filet mignon with lobster tail. Which was beyond amazing tast and delicious. The one thing the server did do that I applaud was he recommended we get our filet mignon medium rare! Which was a big plus. Every one else that came to our table had amazing customer service and was very kind and polite and always asked if we needed anything else. BUT OUR SERVER! I wish I remembered his name he is Caucasian we believe he had tattoos on his forarms. We were sitting to the right when u walk in. You make that right and we were the third booth to the left.
