Came here for my birthday yesterday, we were very disappointed to say the least, ordered two NY strip steaks for my wife and I, the steaks had no flavor, although very tender, just lacking in flavor. On top of the steaks not tasting that great, the sides were an additional $3.50 each which was never explained to us and I thought was very deceptive on behalf of the restaurant and the waitress, I think once a premium side is ordered you should be informed that it’s an upcharge, ( we weren’t aware that they were even a premium side) the sides weren’t worth the extra charge, I could’ve added shrimp to my order for an extra $7 bucks. The blooming onion was amazing though. The waitress never came back after the
to-go boxes and bill was paid. We were going to ask about birthday day dessert, and we waited for her to come back, but she never did, she had asked in the beginning if we were here to celebrate any occasion, so she knew it was my birthday, but she was very sweet and pleasant otherwise, all the staff that we interacted with were. After the bill was paid, the receipt was supposed to go to my email, but never got it. The meal was too expensive to be lacking. Very unsatisfying.

came here for the first time to celebrate my husbands birthday!
This was our first time never been so we were very excited! We ordered appetizers, dinner! Steak with shrimp. Steak with chicken and of course their sides.
The steak you could add “toppings” to it you would assume it would be included with the steak but it was not, the waitress did not mention that to me so I spent almost $4.00 on grilled onion and $2.00 on butter I did not sadly know where to put or use.
When someone mentions first time it would be nice to be explain that they were extra.
The place was quiet wished it had some sort of music.
Place was clean, restrooms were clean and every staff we interacted with was very nice.
Other than that we had good food, we were checked up on and also given a free cake.

I had curbside pick up and I was wrong for not checking ♀️ but I trusted them with the order I had 3 meals, kids meal was great so was the chicken and shrimp with the two sides now the 20 oz steak had no sides I called the store the manager was nice refunded the Mac and cheese but I hadn’t notice the other side was missing as well. I only got the steak is upsetting because you’re paying for a meal but only got half of it! Yet I paid full price!!! Just be careful with your orders lesson learned now I’ll check but to be in the safe side I’ll go to stafford.

This store goes above and beyond about their customer service, every single time. Managers Jason and Ali and all the crew, including server Lauren, always provide an amazing service. Jason and Ali even learned how to make an off-menu desert “Cinnamon Oblivion” that I mentioned having had in another country. They went to HEB to buy some ingredients and made it exactly as the original! That’s what I call service excellence! Needless to mention that’s my Outback to go!

Just awesome !!! It’s my first time coming to this location and lemmmeeee tell you ! It didn’t disappoint! The bartender sticks ( I hope I’m spelling it correctly) are awesome ! He went above and beyond and he definitely deserves a raise !!

We stopped here for the first time for a late lunch on Saturday and it was pretty quiet. I remembered the fries from a while back (I haven’t visited in years) and I was a little disappointed because I remember them being amazing but they really weren’t… the cheese was a bit hard & tasteless & they just didn’t look the same. My daughter got the kids sirloin & it was also tasteless & a bit dry. My son got the Toowoomba Salmon & that was okay. I got the burger & it was pretty tasteless, Hobdaddy’s close by are way better & a bit cheaper. Overall, I don’t think we will return even though the staff were all super nice & the ambiance was great & very clean

Haven’t been to an Outback in a long while. Me son my 17 year old son went to this one today and it surpassed all my previous memories of this chain. Service was perfection! Food was so reasonably priced and delicious. Better than fast food any day!!

We set at the bar for dinner. The restaurant was not crowded to be a Friday night. There was one bartender and the manager was behind the bar. We waited for a few minutes and were asked about drinks and if we wanted a blooming onion. We said give us just a few mins. The bartender never came back. She fixed drinks, cleaned off the bar, and closed out the one other couple sitting at the bar. She saw us but stayed busy with making drinks. We had to go to a table to get eating utensils and bread plates. Finally, when we got upset and asked about who would help us and take our order, the manager came over and took it. As the other couple at the bar left, they wished us luck on service because they had to wait for a long time as well. After that, service was a little better. I would hate to see what it would be like if the restaurant was busy. We probably won’t come back. Food was good but nothing to brag about.

Definitely not the “a” team here during the week. Almost empty restaurant yet we were seated at the restroom area. Disgusting. I arrived a little later to the party of 8, otherwise I would have insisted on another table. Filet kabobs were over cooked and rice was watery. Sent back the grey colored steak and the waiter was unapologetic and visibly inconvenienced. Extra items ordered were forgotten and had to remind them to bring. Servers not trained to deliver food to the table and announce auction style “going once, going twice…” not knowing who it goes to. In the middle of a discussion with your loved ones you don’t really remember the exact title and items of what you ordered. If other servers are helping they should be knowing of what the temperature of the steak is especially when more than 1 person orders it. I know it’s not a Michelin star place but being a steakhouse they should fix all of this. Side salads were very fresh, very delicious. Drinks were cold, and place was clean from what I saw.
