This particular location (mesquite) is my favorite. The service is always great and they are so friendly and nice. The food has always been pretty good and cooked nicely. If you like a rare burger or steak, like an actual bloody rare, then you’ll need to specify that you want the burger/steak bloody. If you don’t then it’s more like a medium than an actual rare. Other than that, everything is normally pretty great.

Our service was HORRIBLE, my wife and I came out on a date night our server didn’t come to check on us until we were done eating 2 he told us the wrong check at first he didn’t want to show us our bill total he tried to tell us verbally AND asked how much we would tip him. HOW EMBARRASSING I expected better, we sat in section 63 I think I would like a refund on some of our 75$ check for bad service if I can’t get a refund I’d like an apology from a member of the management team.. I was satisfied with the food it was delicious, I just feel like if I am going to pay almost 100.00$ We should have gotten better service. Thank you for taking the time to read this review I look forward to speaking with a manager. 8/22/23 STILL NO RESPONCE FROM A MANAGER ON THE HORRIBLE SERVICE HOW SAD WE WON’T BE BACK!

Are waitress Sarah was so awesome. She’s been our waitress for a while now every time I see her I tell her she’s fired. She has a wonderful and bubbly personality just love her attitude about everything, she had a little rough incident tonight. Where one of her customers had their meal comped for them did not leave it tip so I gave her $25 tip for them to her, and a $26 tip from us for being an awesome waitress. Just love Sarah I will ask for her as a waitress every time I go.
