First the potato soup was great. Lots of black pepper and green onions. And the cheese was perfect. Not too much and not too little. A difficult thing these days.
Next the Caesar salad was scrumptious with lots of creamy dressing.
Third the prime rib. Few places have the courage to sell it these days and it was magnificent.

Had not been at an Outback for years. As far as I remembered the food was awesome, specially the bread. Sadly this time was not the same. The food tasted more commercialized and looked cheaper. The blooming onions were saturated in oil, I give them a 2. The blooming burgers were not too bad, I personally disliked the sauce, it tasted fishy, I give them a 3. The fries were pretty descent, I give them a 4. Overall presentation a 3. The sirloin and slice springs chicken tasted yummy, but again presentation was terrible for the price, giving it a 3 for presentation and a 4 for taste.
The onion soup was good, giving it a 5.

We spend over $200. Sadly for the cost, I believe we could have gotten somewhere else and gotten better tasting food.
The atmosphere was good and the service was great. Our servers were Brody and Linnet that helped was all smiles. Because of the service we left a $25% tip and even gave the person that picks up the tables a separate tip.
Will have to think about going back for the food. Maybe the chef was having a bad day or was new?

Overall giving them a 4 star.

We went to the Riverside Outback location for Valentines Day. It was the best meal I have had in quite awhile! The steak was tender, juicy and cooked to perfection! Lynette was our server. She was very sweet and attentive! We could not have had a better experience!

I have placed five orders in four days from this restaurant through Grubhub, ordering the same Blue Burger meal each time.

Out of those five orders, only one was prepared correctly the lunch order placed earlier today. (all of which have been placed through the Outback app, except for the one placed tonight through GrubHub)

The remaining orders, all placed in the evening, have had consistent issues:
• I ordered the Blooming Burger, which includes blooming onion petals, yet did not receive the blooming petals on multiple occasions.
• The burger was not cooked to the temperature specified, including tonight and two nights ago.
• There is an upcharge for the Blooming Burger compared to the regular burger, yet I repeatedly received the regular version instead.

The pattern strongly suggests a night-shift quality control issue. Most responses to my feedback have come from the same manager, which leads me to believe the problem is occurring during evening operations.

At this point, I believe I should be refunded for tonight’s meal and last night’s meal, as I did not receive what I paid for. Order 40680512248168452 I do understand that tonight‘s meal was through a third-party, but all the other meals were through the Outback app itself.

This is not a one-off mistake. It is a repeated failure to fulfill the same order correctly. At this point, I feel the Better Business Bureau should be involved and possibly they can take it higher than this location who refuses to adhere to providing food that is paid for by customers.

All my previous experiences with outback have been positive. Something happen tonight where the food server was inattentive to our table. We were seated in the corner and occassionally visited by the food server. This was independent of the poor kitchen service that resulted in accurate meal prep and cold food being served to the table 50 minutes after we placed our order. I do not hold the kitchen service against the food server.

My boyfriend and I went here for a date night, and this wasn’t our first time at this location. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we waited about 5–10 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. Since we already knew what we wanted, we ordered our drinks, appetizers, and entrées all at once.

About 20 minutes later, our blooming onion came out. Around that same time, a server informed the table behind us that the restaurant was out of sirloins—which happened to be exactly what both of us ordered. We waited for someone to come tell us the same thing, but no one did, so we assumed we must have gotten the last ones.

After another 30–40 minutes, someone finally came over to let us know they were, in fact, out of sirloins. By that point, we had already been there for over an hour. I also had to ask for my salad after the appetizer arrived because it still hadn’t been brought out.

We ultimately decided to pay for what we had already eaten and leave. After waiting at least an hour and fifteen minutes, we were done. The only compensation we received was a blooming onion card, and despite barely receiving any of our meal, the bill was still $35.

This used to be our favorite dinner spot, but after this experience, we definitely will not be returning.

The server was a bit too busy. He didn’t have the time to check on my table. I wanted dessert, but he ended up just bringing the check (didn’t offer), so I just paid for it. He was a nice young boy, but just not very attentive. My dinner was $48 and change (salmon and shrimp fettuccine pasta, side salad, baked potato, ice tea).

My Wife stated that I was too nice…
The blooming onion was cooked in OLD oil & was CRAZY salty. She wouldn’t even eat it. She asked for hot water & they brought her hot tea. She mentioned it, then dismissed it, saying don’t worry about it, but in the end they charged us $5 for their mistake. She did NOT want me to pay for the blooming onion.
The steaks seemed to be cooked to the right level, but was too salty as well. She ate half of the Ceasar salad, but was disappointed & already wanting to leave. She patiently waited for me to finish eating, then we paid & stepped out.
Since, this same thing happened to us many years ago, we will probably never return.
We had a gift card from our Son, so we thought we might try again…

Karrie Phillips our waitress gave me and my spouse not one but the absolute best service of my life here , the atmosphere and her vibe was the best I’ve ever seen, the most helpful and awesome experience I’ve ever had and probably ever have, if I could experience it all again I would, she was amazing and the food was amazing and even the manager was awesome.

Great night out. Our servers and waitress were super friendly and attentive without it feeling smothering. We ordered steaks, one chimichuri steak and one center cut. Both came out perfectly cooked and delicious. The chimichuri sauce is so flavorful and unexpected as a steak topper, its definitely a winner! We will definitely be back.
