Restaurant is nice and clean, the server was the best, food was delicious, if you leave in BA and want a steak but you don’t want to Drive all the way to Tulsa. i Recommend you 100% Outback Steakhouse even the drinks and cocktails was 10/10. Everybody was attentive and even the manager came out to see if everyone is having a good time.! Guys thank you you guys deserve 10 stars not 5

I have eaten at Outback for years and was excited for this one being close to my house. The food was on point and im always amazed at the consistency between locations. We really enjoyed the new Mozzarella sticks. Im not a marinara guy but the sauce that came with these made the dish! Service wasn’t the best, but on par for what you get at most places like this these days. It was also an extremely busy Saturday night and we made a reservation online since it was a 30min wait. I really like the option of being able to join the wait online and i highly recommend it at busier times. Not much of a waiting area to speak of at this location so best to wait in your car. Overall, it wasn’t a mind blowing experience but it was how I expected it to be. Will certainly return to this location for future visits.

First time ordering for pick up in Broken Arrow and was truly disappointed. I thought it was amazing that I ordered online while riding in the car and it was ready in 15 mins. I ordered the Ribeye and it was beautiful at first glance and very tender, I could cut it with the plastic butter knife. Unfortunately it had about 4 oz of fat and had very little seasoning. My husband said it was nasty. I just thought it was very unseasoned. The caesar side salad looked fresh and was a good size but the dressing had way way too much garlic, it was spicy and we love garlic. Neither one of us could eat it either. He ordered the Queensland shrimp and chicken Alfredo pasta. Again, it looked fantastic but once we dug in the sauce had a watery appearance like it was watered down with too much pasta water and there was virtually no flavor. The shrimp and chicken had some decent flavor, but just couldn’t make up for the non creamy water sauce that was supposed to be alfredo. The brown bread they give you was very good, similar to Cheesecake factory bread and my sweet potato was good. That’s about it. Outback sent us a survey and I filled it out and the manager responded via text within a few minutes. I don’t know if it was a personalized or automated response but we appreciated the promptness and the apology for our food. We received a decent coupon incentive to come back.. but the food was just not good and we just don’t know if we wanna waste our money again. We sauced up the edible pieces of the steak with ALOT of A1 sauce and salt and pepper and we ate some of the shrimp and a few bites of the chicken in the otherwise inedible pasta dish. We couldnt eat the pasta, or the salad and that steak fat was the worst I’ve ever experienced from a restaurant. The price was great.I guess we picked up our order and paid $65.including the tip for walking it to our car. I would rather pay more for better. I hope they fix these issues. It’s close to where we live and we were hoping to be regulars. Proceed with caution. I have no doubt they would have tried to make it right if we had eaten in the restaurant. We would have asked for our money back honestly if we had.

The New York strip was perfect!
Filet mignon was melt in your mouth. The lobster was small. But everything was cooked perfectly. Absolutely the best location I have ever eaten at.

First time we’ve eaten here. Stopped in last night (2/18/26) with my two teenage boys.
Two of us had the 8oz SIR & ALICE Chicken and one had the 13oz RIBEYE & Coconut shrimp.
Steaks were perfect, chicken was great, service was amazing. Price point, maybe a tick high, but the place is nice, not overly dark like many steak houses.
My only negative was the Auzzie Fries, could have had more fries, cheese and bacon. But other than that, everything else was dang near perfect.
We will most certainly stop in and eat here again.

We were lucky enough to make it in on the Soldiers Wish weekend before the grand opening. Our server was Shyla, she was very sweet, personable, and got all our orders correct. I haven’t been to Outback in 20 years, I am in love with Outback again, the food was fantastic the steaks cooked perfectly, the staff so friendly. Don’t get me started on the Mac n cheese!!! Phenomenal ❤️ Can’t wait we will definitely be back again!!

We ordered Queensland steak and shrimp & pasta, both of our steaks tasted very bland and didn’t have any flavor to them. I don’t even think they use salt and pepper. We neither one ate our steak pieces. We did Eat the shrimp and it was good and the pasta was pretty good. I would’ve liked the little bit more flavor and that also. We ordered a blue onion and it was good. Just very disappointed and no flavor on the steak at all and I haven’t been Outback in a few years. Did they decide to quit seasoning their steaks maybe that’s normal for their I don’t know. Unfortunately we ordered a ribeye to take home to my boyfriend and it looked like it was cooked on a flat grill. It didn’t have any charm marks on it. Nothing. I just need to know if they aren’t seasoning as much and this is normal or if they’re usually spot on with the seasoning very disappointing

I ordered on the app, and it did not ever show up. They put me in touch with the delivery person, and she called and said she was getting arrested for a 30-day expired tag. I’ve had a 2-year expired tag before, and nope, they don’t arrest you. So she might have wanted my food…who knows? I called Outback and spoke with the Manager. He not only had my food remade, he also refunded me the whole cost!! I drove to pick up this order, and it was wonderful! The Delmonico steak was juicy and full of flavor. The baked potato was yummy, and the salad had xtra croutons, just like I ordered. 5 stars!!

Did an early valentines dinner tonight. Our server Zeke was amazing, he took great care of us. Blooming Onion was good, I ordered the margarita flight was tasty, and steak and shrimp was cooked perfectly. We will be going back. Made sure when we left we stop to tell the manager how great our service was with Zeke.
