Do not order To-Go/Delivery from this location! We ordered an 8 oz steak for $38 and when it arrived, it looked small, so I got my food scale out and weighed it. It was only 7.2oz (pics included for proof). We also ordered an entree salad. The salad was the same size as the side salad that came with the steak. Why is an entree salad that costs $20 the same size as a side salad?? The salad was slightly bigger than the width of my hand (pics included). Also, the amount of chicken for the entree salad was just abysmal. And, the mash potatoes that we ordered with the steak only filled about half of the container that it came in. I don’t know if this is shrinkflation or what, but I feel extremely cheated out of what I paid. There was no way to complain or return the food because I had the food delivered. I will not be eating from this location again!!! I’ve included pics of all my complaints for reference.

EDIT:
After calling up I got in contact with the manager she offered multiple options to fix it a refund credit even coming up and having it remade even though the store was about to close so maybe it’s just a rough transitional period but the manager Lily did do everything she could to make my night better and she did so thank you
Do not order to go from this place they genuinely don’t care and you will pay top dollar for something that’s not even cooked correctly. I ordered a surf and turf pasta. It was so dry. I had to make my own Alfredo sauce to try to redeem it then I open up my baked potato soup and it looks like children’s puke. This place really shouldn’t be open. If this is the type of service and food it’s putting out but at least reviews are here so you can avoid it.

Small gathering and celebration, the blooming onion was seasoned with the side of ranch and the chicken bits were delicious and very much enjoyable. The bread was soft and tasteful with the butter to spread and a lovely atmosphere overall.

After leaving Texas Road House next door minutes before because the wait was over an hour, we decided to go to Outback. Why Not? Id gone years ago (20?) When Outback first came to Washington State and opened I had the opportunity to dine there. It was GREAT! I fell in love with blooming onion! It was delicious! Crunchy, seasoned and NOT greasy! The steaks were to die for! So Outback wasn’t anything new to me, but in reality I hadn’t taken into consideration the decades that had passed since I’d last eaten there. The blooming onion was so greasy…. the oil was old and what was left of the seasoning had been burned off by the old oil taste…. the most prized part of coming in the past wasn’t anymore. Reduced to a pile of grease. The chicken I ordered wasn’t bad but had little seasoning on it. The broccoli was half cooked and also was flavorless. The mash potatoes were the only items on my plate that actually tasted pretty good just the way they were sadly.
I ended up taking my chicken and broccoli home so I could atleast bathe it in gravy and not waste it. To be fair my husband was fairly happy with his steak but surprised at how thin it was…he liked the overall taste but felt his baked sweet potato was a joke as it was tiny and looked like paper with a spoon of sugar on it. Literally it was the size of an avocado.
I have to say that Outback give off the feel of “fast food” more so now than “dinning”.

Stopped by Outback Steakhouse in Savannah and just wanted to say I really appreciated how helpful the staff was. They were upfront and honest about the wait time, which made everything so much easier to plan. It’s always nice when a restaurant respects your time and communicates clearly. Great customer service and a smooth experience from the start!

I ordered a steak medium well and it came out very well done. Asked for steak sauce and never got it. The two tables around us had prompt service and received what they asked for. Not sure we will come back. It’s been several years since we’ve eaten at outback and it will be a while again. Our server did try to make up for everything by giving us two cheesecakes to take home. In our servers defense she had many tables, one of them a large party and one table she had was one she took on because they hadn’t been waited on by the server assigned to their table. We appreciate her kindness, but management can do better.

We had Sarah as our server and the service was definitely sub-par. First she asked if she could sit down to take our drink order due to “loud music.” She made sure to let us know there was a survey to rate her service from the get go. Mind you we planned to tip well for this visit as we enjoy doing. She seemed irritated like she was annoyed we were seated in her section. When she brought the appetizer she sighed loudly and walked off. Apparently she had some trouble with the table behind us because she made it known. Once they left she did their survey and gave herself 5 stars- my husband watched her do it (my back was to her.) By now we were a little frustrated but still in a good mood. My husband waited at least 15 min for her to come back so he could get a refill. He even tried to wave her down but it appeared she was spaced out. We had to ask the hostess (who was very sweet) to find our server. She came back seemingly more irritated than before. My husband asked for to-go boxes and a refill. She came back 10 min later with boxes but no refill. My husband said “it would be great if I could get a drink” and she said very snappy “theyre coming.” Apparently the food runners job is to bring drinks? We were highly irritated and ready to go at this point. We were in the restaurant for about 1.5 hours at 2pm- the place was pretty dead so Im not sure why it took her so long to check on her tables. When she found out we were paying with a gift card she seemed irritated by that as well. I couldn’t figure out how to do the survey because she apparently had to do the payment at the server stand. We still owed 9$ but weren’t given the opportunity to swipe and do the survey. Again. Honestly I assume this was because she wanted to do our survey, knowing we weren’t happy with the service whatsoever. I hope a manager sees this review. I wouldn’t be surprised if Sarah gets a ton of 5 star reviews because shes reviewing herself- and shes a terrible server. My husband is a chef and owns a catering company so we are typically very patient and over tip. He was fuming by the time we left. This particular server is rude, doesnt watch her tables, and is very snarky. Not to mention how inappropriate it is to ask if you can sit with the customer while you take their drink order. Maybe it was a bad day, but I have a feeling this is typical for her. Management may think shes awesome due to survey results, but its pretty sketchy we watched her give herself 5 stars with a table who was very irritated with her as well.

I had written them off. The medium rare sirloin was excellent, loaded baked potato was perfect, and the tangy tomato dressing is so peppery. And the price is so budget-friendly. Will be back! Learned that the owner was working the grill. Excellent note for business owners: quality and morale can improve when the owner can work any station! The wait staff was so proud to brag on the owner.

Our Kirsten was absolutely amazing. So genuine and sweet. A++. All the staff here really seem in a good mood enjoying their jobs. It’s probably been over a decade since I’ve been to outback and will definitely be coming back again!

We waited 30 minutes for 2 medium rare steaks fries and asparagus. They came out lukewarm. The asparagus costs extra as a side, though the menu doesnt say it, nor did the server.
The server did fine at first, but apparently the restaurant doesnt staff properly because at 5 PM he was running across the entire restaurant trying to get to his tables, while other employees were wandering around. After 50 minutes in the restaurant, I brought the two kids out to the car while my wife waited on the desserts that came with our meal. Its now been 65 minutes and she has yet to receive them, so im sitting in the van with two small children while she continues to wait. The overall experience has made a $75 lukewarm dinner far less enjoyable.
