Really surprised me, good for and great service. Great steaks, warm atmosphere, and attentive service. The Conway location delivers consistent quality, tasty sides, and quick seating. A reliable spot for a hearty meal and friendly dining experience. Since is was across from the hotel, easy pick.

The best experience we have ever had at a steakhouse!! My son steak was a little under so we had them cook it a little more. The proprietor brought it out to us and apologized!!! The server Rachet was absolutely the most amazing server we have ever had!!! We were going to order 2 different sides and our server pointed out we could get their new appetizer trio for about as much as 1 appetizer! He made suggestions that were helpful. He treated us like he knew us his whole life and we were his only customer!!! If I could I would give this place 1,000,000 stars!!! Everything was fresh, delicious, and exactly what we wanted!

Being wanting a steak so I took the kids and I to Outback after church Sunday and Samuel gave the BEST service I have had in a long time!!!! From being friendly, to having refills before having to ask! He even pre-bussed (removed unnecessary plates) during our meal!!! He came back after we got our food to even see how the meal was going!! I usually write reviews when I’m pissed but I’m going to start writing reviews when I’m impressed as well!!! As a black woman it’s very hard at times to get good service and with my formers years as a server I know what good service is!!! Below is the meal my daughter ordered with the potato soup

Went for birthday dinner. Family of 6, we were sat in a booth rather than a table, plenty of tables open, we could have asked for a table, but stayed in the booth (so that’s on us). Wait staff was very friendly, they forgot to bring a salad before meal, but credited us for the salad. Requested steak sauce a few times, but it finally made it to the table. Steaks were cooked as ordered (medium) albeit too seared on the outside, but it was still very edible and good flavor. Bathroom sink (left side) needed some attention as the faucet was in bad order and the paper towel machine wasn’t working. Overall the atmosphere was nice, waitstaff friendly and helpful. Would visit again, but can’t say it’d be my 1st choice of where to go for a family friendly steakhouse experience.

I ordered the Delmonico Ribeye medium, and wow… it came out perfect. If I hadn’t been absolutely stuffed, I would’ve shamelessly ordered a second one without hesitation. It was that good.
Kennedy at the bar was a total rockstar — on point, attentive, and making sure everything was smooth from start to finish. Between the service and that ridiculously good steak, I’m already planning my next visit.
And whoever picked the soundtrack deserves a raise. The vibes were awesome!

Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. Steak was cooked perfectly both Friday and Saturday night. I’ll definitely come back when in town again.

Our waiter Jordan was very professional and friendly! She was very punctual with our food and drinks, she held a small conversation with us while she waited for us to finish picking what we wanted on the menu. I highly recommend going here and asking for Jordan!

I would give y’all 10 stars if I could! The hospitality you showed Veterans and our families was the absolute best we have ever received. The food was excellent. The service was beyond outstanding. Abby and her team went above and beyond for Veterans Day, and we can’t say thank you enough. We will definitely be supporting this Outback location over the months & years to come. God bless y’all!

We went to Outback tonight for their Veterans Day promotion. We had an amazing experience and were treated so well! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top notch! Our entire family was more than impressed! From our server, to the manager, to the franchise owner, they all took excellent care in making sure we had the best dinner experience possible. We will definitely be back and will support this wonderful restaurant that honors and supports Veterans!!
