We are currently sitting at Outback on Village Lane. I got here first at 11:00am to beat the crowd, well that now makes me laugh. The young man serving me was overloaded with multiple sections. The remaining 2 in my party joined me at 11:30. Well, we ordered drinks and our meals fairly quickly. We got salad and a soup, and 45 minutes later my and another party’s first steak arrived. Yep, first. I asked for medium and so did he, and we received burnt charcoal and uncooked asparagus. I politely asked to recook. I was trying to be understanding, but then I noticed my server was actively avoiding my table. Another 30 minutes later no food yet. I finally get another steak, and it was burnt worse than my first. I finally gave up. My party cancelled his replacement meal because they still haven’t delivered it to him. It’s now 1:25, and we are JUST NOW leaving after waiting for a manager to bother with removing the burnt food from our tickets.
Seriously this was beyond pitiful. Disappointing service, and food was terrible.
Will not be returning.

The fóod was good and that is it. The service was terrible. I was seated and there was a five to 10 minute wait until I saw the waitress. It was so long that I considered moving over to the bar and ordering from the bartender. Now, this was not a busy time. There was me and one other diner when I left. Empty restaurant…and I barely saw my waitress. I don’t know what she was doing, but serving customers was not on her to-do list. She took my meal order and I never laid eyes on her again. Never asked how my meal was, never asked if I wanted a refill, never asked if I needed steak sauce or even if my steak was cooked properly. I don’t know what she was doing in the back of the restaurant, but I seriously hope she was looking for another job because she is filling a space a decent waitress could be filling properly.

Outback has done a great job of staying current. The new chicken fettuccine Alfredo is awesome! The bread is endless and our service was awesome. Angel did a great job! She went above and beyond! The take home ready meals are a great touch!

Went for my mother’s birthday. Couldn’t get frozen drinks because blender was broken, they were out of the wine that was her second choice. Then they were out of ingredients for her third cocktail choice. That’s fine. She ordered unsweetened tea. Asked for Splenda and it never came. I had to go get her some from the manager. Food came out for 5 of the 8 people. The others were 10 minutes behind. A medium well steak was rare but there was no one in sight to tell. I had to get an app plate off another table and take the steak to the kitchen. We also asked for A1 and they never brought it. I asked for that when I took the steak to the kitchen. They handed me an empty one and I asked for another and the next one barely had any in it. She said they were almost out. The bottles were filthy. On the other hand, the people seemed nice enough but they were short handed, uninformed and out of everything.

We went in for dinner around 7:00 there wasn’t too many people it wasn’t too packed they was maybe 10 people within the entire restaurant. We were told we would have to wait for our seats for us and we were only a part of two. Tons of available tables. We sit down and order drinks both of us added the down under which is essentially a double shot both of our drinks did not come with it we weren’t charged so I won’t say anything about that. We also ordered waters with our drinks and they did not bring them out so the very last minute of us eating our food and we had to ask them twice. The server was there only to take our order and our drinks and that was it. We ordered the bloomin Onion as an appetizer but it did not come out till after our steaks were already at our table they completely forgot about it. The manager however did come out and apologized and removed the appetizer from our bill. I personally ordered a steak medium rare but it was medium well to well done. My partner had ordered fries as a side for her steak but did not receive any ketchup at the time of them delivering the food had to ask twice for ketchup. The second time asking it took them about 3 for just ketchup. We also heard other people having issues with their order so it wasn’t only us. Again this was a Sunday night with hardly any other customers within the restaurant I was very disappointed with the service the food but not the atmosphere.

I went there for my Birthday dinner craving a steak. I ordered it Medium Well (Minor pink) and it came out medium. I sent it back and explained to the server and the manager that it was my fault for ordering it that way (because they never do it right) so I sent it back and had it made well done. I was seriously charged for both steaks. Great management. He even knew it was my birthday and didn’t seem to care one bit.

Wow!! What happened to Outback? Went for dinner around 530pm, and the parking lot was practically empty. The greeter looked tired and lifeless. Our server was great and very attentive. The food has diminished in taste. Well, except for the grilled shrimp I had. They were good. Went to the bathroom, and it smelled like there’s a sewerage backup. I hope this isn’t a sign they are about to be another chain to file bankruptcy and close.

Bossier city location has gone down quality seems in the last few years. My waitress seemed to be pulled in many ways (possibly short staffed) and seemed to be forgetting a few things as she waited her area. I ordered the three course meal and never got my dessert. My chicken was tastful but a little over cooked, which dried it out a bit. My baked potato was slamming 5 stars for it, but the place has lost its ambiance. It didn’t seem quite crowded, so I didn’t think it would’ve taken as long as it did for a 6oz steak and chicken, but I know nobody wants to work anymore, so I understood.

The service was great. Did seem a little rushed but other than that it was good. Our food on the other hand was not so good. My significant other got a filet and lobster his filet was way over cooked and dry when we ordered it medium. The lobster was very dry as well. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp mine was supposed to be medium as well but came out way overcooked and the shrimp was overcooked. I will say the blossom and Mac and chz was fantastic. Our steaks were remade but the came out bloody we decided we were just tired of waiting for another steak so we paid and left.
