Absolutely the worst service and steak I have ever had at any Outback Steakhouse. I sat at the bar where the bartender told me 3 times in about 20 minutes that she’d be right w me. Finally the manager came out to serve me a beer. I ordered a 12 ounce ribeye. This picture is the grisly fat that I pulled from my steak. I showed the manager and she asked if I would like another one. I said no and gave her a chance to take it off my bill but she didn’t. I am a huge Outback fan but this trip was not worth it! 3 thumbs down Outback Steakhouse Baton Rouge. You failed!

The service was fantastic! My food and drinks came out so quickly! Everything was cooked to perfection. My friends and I had such a wonderful time. The manager Joceline was so welcoming! Also this lady Deb was wonderful! Definitely will be coming back!

I don’t live in the area, but I was traveling through to get to Lafayette. I stopped in to eat and had the most incredible experience. I ate the 6 ounce filet with the lobster tail, a sweet potato, and a strawberry salad. The steak was so tender and practically melted in my mouth! Everything was hot and seasoned so well. My server was very attentive and got me everything I needed, while also making great conversation in between. The manager Ashley was so sweet! She made me feel so welcomed and was so helpful considering I had my 6 year old son with me! They need more managers like her if they want this restaurant to thrive! I know this is a long review but I was genuinely so pleased!

Another bad experience (but the last time was the other location). The server kept forgetting about us. She broke a plate, dropped it on my boyfriend, which knocked over his drink in the process, and it spilled all over him getting his phone pretty wet (thankfully it’s in a case)… but he had to finish dinner with his nice clothes all wet. They gave us each other steaks (we like them cooked differently) and we didn’t realize it until my boyfriend had already dumped A1 all over it. The food was pretty bland and didn’t taste as good as usual. The manager did comp our appetizer but that really wasn’t much given everything that was done wrong. I doubt we will be returning to either location after everything that’s happened.
