Stopped in for a quick lunch. Haven’t been to an Outback in maybe 20 years. Place was slow. Interior was pretty bland. Didn’t have a real open feel to it.
Wanted to try the prime rib, but is only available on Fridays or Saturdays apparently. Ordered the Chimichurri filet with Mac n cheese side and a salad. All pretty good.

We were served quickly and our food was excellent. The Crocktail was tasty. Our waiter Brian was great. He was very attentive and so friendly. Server William was pleasant and did a good job setting up our food. I need to come here more often when I am in town.

This place not very impressive. It was my first time eating here after hearing so many good things about it and we decided to come to this location to try them out and they weren’t busy that night. The food was very underwhelming. Their drinks were amazing though! Highly recommend their drinks. I ordered chicken tenders and chicken was very “tender” but just not seasoned enough. My friends ordered ribs and steak and they were very underwhelmed too. They said it just tasted like everything was seasoned with just salt and pepper. Overall, just not worth the price in my opinion. Not super impressed and probably my first and last time eating here.

I got to outback 2-3 times a month. Food is always good and service is always ok. This time everything meshed. There were 3 of us. 1 cocktail. 2 sodas. 3 different meals. We all had a steak but different varieties and sides. Everyone was happy and full. I was the only one with leftovers as I can never finish the huge baked potatoes. Our waiter was on point. Food was delivered quickly. Drinks were checked on and plates cleared in a timely manner. Good visit.

From our first interaction to our last, we had a great experience here. CJ was super friendly and helpful with their suggestions on the limited time menu while they sat us! Sydney took incredible care of us — she is the definition of kind and bubbly! Drinks never went empty, steak was cooked perfectly, bloomin onion was BLOOMIN. Katie(y) stopped by to check in and had the best attitude, she seems very supportive of her staff. While the food was great, cooked to perfection, our 5 stars truly comes from the high level of guest experience we had tonight in your restaurant. 10/10!

We have been regulars at this restaurant for over 20 years, we know many of the servers and bartenders and we celebrate many family events here, very generous tippers. After tonight, it is doubtful we return. My wife was carded (we are in our 40’s). She couldn’t produce an ID right away because it was in another purse. She was sipping a margarita my father had ordered when the “shift manager” came by to take the drink. We know the laws, we served. My wife wasn’t served by the staff. Restaurant therefore is not liable. But regardless, we remembered that we had our Clear application passport photo ID that gets us through TSA security at the airport so we shied that and that was acceptable to her. Until 5 minutes later she returned because she had “clarified the pollcy” and it wasn’t acceptable even though the tightest government security accepts it. Manager took the drink anyway. Bloomin Brands published company policy states the patron must clearly look under 30 to card. It’s online, I can look it up myself. And while we understand fully that service can be refused, don’t quote “policy” as a reason for this when you are asked to quote it and can’t while I am looking at it on my phone in front of you.
Meanwhile, every single course came out incorrect. Salads with the wrong dressing or no dressing, steak undercooked that had to go back, a kids entree that had fries when fruit was ordered.
Focus on your service and your food preparation and not arguing with people using faulty policy for no reason.
For the first time in my entire life, I left a zero tip. Which was unfortunate but deserved.

The person who took my order got confused the young man even though I did tip him properly in the end the end before I left the store I told him that I wanted to try something else and I was planning on eating there but when he brought all the food to me that I ordered from everything to go and he also gave me a little bit of hard time because I was sitting in a one-person booth and normally they don’t put people on boost if you’re going to order to go please keep in mind this is the first time I’ve ever been in this place the outback steakhouse it seems to be the only one closest to my area which was at least a 27 mile trip out of town just to go get steak and pasta and shrimp dishes but I did wind up taking back home with me I have no idea why the gentleman was so confused but he took my order but he definitely made an improper assumption that I was not going to eat there and take the rest with me so I decided to go out to my car in their parking lot at 8 1 1/2 of the entrees that I had purchased and when I got home I finished off eating the entrees or should I say my orders which there was four orders. I’ll go back there one more time only cuz I have a gift card that still has about $52 on it and they are the only outback steakhouse still around my general area hopefully next time I will get a waitress instead of a waiter and get a better response from the workers there as I’m trying to order please keep in mind this was the first time I was there and I am a 60 year old man what I should have done no matter what the situation I definitely was not going to stand on my feet for 25 plus minutes waiting for four orders to be made.

We hadn’t been to an Outback Steakhouse in millennia. We happened to be near this one so decided to give it a go. For nostalgia purposes, we ordered the Bloomin’ Onion. Not how either of us remembered it. Perhaps time has clouded my memory, or the recipe has changed. Whatever the reason, in our opinion, that item is better in memory than current reality. We each ordered the classic sirloin and shrimp. The shrimp certainly were just that. I’ve seen larger shrimp in dips than what those little nuggets were. Shrinkflation personified. We each requested a medium sear for our steaks. Mine was correct, my GF’s was definitely medium-rare. The seasonings Outback uses are still top notch, meaning the flavor of everything was great. Just a lacking in the execution of details. Our server, while nice enough and efficient with getting us through our experience, we both felt he was rushing us out the door. Mind you it was not near closing nor was it exceedingly busy.

We ordered through doordash, and we had a great experience. We felt like this was as good as being in the restaurant, and the steaks were cooked perfectly, and the blooming onion was good. Our nitpicking items were 1)the outside of the baked potato, which was very salty, 2)the ranch dressing for the salad was not enough, and 3)the seasoning on the steaks was very peppery/spicy so consider not getting the seasoning or asking for only salt and pepper. We will keep outback in mind next time!

3 Stars simply because they are an Austrailian themed restaurant and they do not carry any Austrailian themed beer. Fosters and the Bloomin’ Blonde are on the menu, however, the distributor does not carry these brands.
If you went to an irish pub, you would expect to order an irish beer.
Outback is a national chain. They should be able to find a solution. Nothing is worst than going into a popular chain restaurant and to see empty beer taps. It gives the sense that the company is failing.
On the brightside, the food is always great.
