My family and I went to Outback for dinner to celebrate my birthday and we had a great time!! The food was outstanding and Tim, the server, and all the other staff members went above and beyond to make our evening a night to remember.
We thoroughly enjoyed playing the trivia game that was on the table. All of us had a fun time with that.

My family and I are eating at the restaurant today, we used to be frequent diners almost biweekly, but the food quality as well as the service has drastically diminished. So we limited it every few months. This day, the date is December 28 and the weather is freakishly warmer than usual so the restaurant decided to have the air conditioner blasting on high. So high the customers are sitting in coats and hats. When the host sat my family directly under the air vent, we politely asked our server to adjust the temperature and she didn’t. Therefore a few minutes later I approached the manager and asked him to and still it took an another request before the temperature was adjusted. But during our meal the air conditioner was turned back on and turned on even colder. So cold we couldn’t eat our meal comfortably. The children had to put on their hats and coats, my parents who both are the age of 76 had to put hats, coats and scarves on, and my ribeye steak solidify as if it had been refrigerated. This is completely unacceptable for a meal that costed over $300. This will be our last time dining at Outback Steakhouse!

The food was great, a small wait to be seated and served. We were very disappointed our server Jose never brought our Spinach Dip appetizer, even after two reminders. It was for the best though, we were full from what we had.

I’ve not been here in a while, 2 or more years. In the past, the food was way too salty. A few days ago, I went because I didn’t have a vote. The food was NOT salty! In fact, the spices they put on it was great. I had the 3 item special dinner. The steak was good. Tender and I could taste the meat. Had a cocktail too. Now I’ll come back because I enjoyed the dinner and the prices were good. I understand that this is not a fine steak house nor is the steaks great. But, if I’m yearning for beef and don’t want to cook, I’ll now be back. Service: our server was probably one of the best I’ve had. It’s impossible to go through everything she did well. But, she didn’t miss a beat. If I could remember her name, I’d give her a shout out.

We have to ask for cutlery after receiving the food, they gave us the drinks after finishing the appetizers, overall the food and the drinks were delicious

First time here in the Outback Steakhouse in Downers Grove Illinois. It wasn’t that busy but it was Monday. The staff was friendly and quickly sat me , the restaurant was very cold and I overheard a couple of customers mentioning that. I visited the Outback Steakhouse in sheboygan Wisconsin and was usually pleased. But I got the onion blossom, and I thought it was extra greasy and very salty I was surprised that it was different, drinks were great, waiter was great and most of the food was good .

We had a great anniversary dinner. We were there on a Tuesday night and Mike was our server. He was so nice and was there throughout our meal, making sure everything was okay. His attitude and demeanor were great. He was always there even before we could think of asking for anything. The food came out quickly and was perfect, although the bloomin onion seems to be getting a bit smaller as the years go by. I would definitely recommend this location for a great night out, like ours was.

We couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised with the staff and the value for our money. I had the steak and shrimp. Which was very generous and cooked to my specifications. My wife had something else. We both had a drink. And the bill was less than a $100. I don’t know how they keep the doors open at this prices. It was absolutely a pleasant surprise all around. Furthermore, we should not have been surprised that we had to wait to get a table. But this type of quality and pricing, I’m guessing many of these people will repeat customers. I should note that I have not been to this particular restaurant in probably 25 years. But will definitely be back.
