Waiter was phenomenal and very attentive. We were a large group and he took care of each one of us wonderfully. 8 Oz sirloin was perfectly cooked. Prime rib was sooo good. Great job!! Drinks were always super tasty!!

Holy cow, where do I even start?! My parents and I flew in this morning to start our northwoods vacation with the scenic train ride tomorrow. While we were looking for somewhere to eat, none of us could agree on anything but steak. So I checked the reviews for the area and figured this would be a good choice since we haven’t been to an Outback in so long. We are SO GLAD we did. The service and food were top notch! We were hoping for the consistency of a well known chain, and we were very pleased with the outcome of the evening. Leah was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed.
ONLY “complaint” was that the sirloin on the salads was quite tough. Not worth removing any stars though!

Twas a very much needed and enjoyed hearty meal I had here after a fun filled evening of piggy back ride trick or treating. The meat was cooked wonderfully and I enjoyed the smashed potatoes and buttered Asparagus there as well. I also tried this color changing Mango drink that came with a free mini alligator plastic figurine toy. Our waitress, who was dressed as corn on the cob for Halloween, was also super sweet (corn)… corny pun, I know.

I took my daughter here on new years eve and it looked pretty busy from the outside. Got inside and it was packed. But we got a table in about 5min. Greg was our server and he was very friendly and professional. Food took a little bit but was worth the wait! Overall, was very happy with our visit. A manager named Dustin even helped refill my soda.

Delivery was on time. My total spend was $62.83 and DoorDash showed the subtotal of ~$47 and tip amount, not the fees and taxes I also paid. Why lie about the money spent on the order as an Outback/Doordash business practice? Aussie fries are $4.99 and I counted 24 fries in the container :/ tasty and expensive potato. I took pics. The mashed potatoes taste great hot but as they cool, they end up having a bitter aftertaste. That’s not the nature of potatoes so must be some binder/preservative or the cooking process. Grilled shrimp on Barbie is yum.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Ozell made this visit worth it. From the moment we walked in, he set the tone with his energy and professionalism. He wasn’t just taking orders — he was genuinely attentive, cracking jokes, keeping drinks full, and making sure everything came out perfect. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually enjoys taking care of people.
Our food came out fast, fresh, and exactly how we wanted it — but what really stood out was how effortless Ozell made it all feel. It’s rare to find someone that consistent and on point, especially during a busy night.
If you ever stop by Outback, ask for Ozell. He’s the kind of server who turns a regular dinner into an experience. Management’s lucky to have him — he’s the reason people come back.

I’ve gotten several to-go orders recently and I have been very happy with the food so far. I keep going back! Last time I had the butter garlic filet mignon. I ate every bite and loved it. The fries are always cooked right and other sides have been great. I like that the burgers have mustard on them! We don’t see that too often anymore.

Compared to Texas Roadhouse, meat was better but sides were not (baked potatoes, salad, etc.), though Son really liked sweet potatoe. Server was cheerful and attentive. No Australian vibe anymore.

While in the booth I have never felt so cramped. I have my 3 kids with me an not only is the table full. The space from booth to table is ridiculously short. No elbow room. I cant even cut my steak without elbow in the aisle an bumping my daughter.. I couldn’t even relaxe to enjoy a valentines dinner with kids. The only way to make room was to keep my arms tucked into me while I cut so I wasn’t hitting anything..
