My wife chose this restaurant for her birthday.
She really likes prime rib.
And Outback does a very good job.
Unfortunately, we probably arrived a bit too late and their cuts of prime rib were left to the very ends of the meat.
My wife was not happy and the Management gratefully offered a ribeye to replace it.
The ribeye they brought out was absolutely amazing.
It was incredibly rich in flavor and extraordinarily juicy.
Initially, our service was a little bit vacant. But when the staff were available, they were very nice and very helpful.
This restaurant is certainly a wonderful location for every day lunches and dinners. And certainly for special occasions.

Our waiter Kevin first off. It was amazing, very friendly, nice guy. The food itself, not so great. The loaded cheese fries. We’re so seasoned and salty, but we hadn’t ate all day. So we were like, whatever it’s fine. Then came the entrees, which took quite a while. I ordered prime rib when I got it.It had no au jus, i asked the food runner, oh Wait, there’s no auju, and she just said, oh, we’re out. I said, well, I don’t, I want this then? And she said, well, I can get a manager which the manager came over there. No problem, don’t want to be uh. W, downer, but it’s not something I would eat.The prime room without everybody has their preferences.I wouldn’t have ordered it if I would have known.They were out of the au jus – they said that was fine. They took the stake off my bill, which I didn’t eat it. I didn’t take it so that’s fine. I ordered a piece of cake to go for later in the hotel for supper, but I could tell it was not the normal portion that you get because I’ve gotten cake to go at. Oh, back almost every single time and I could tell they just kind of gave me a shut up piece so to speak – my partner had the pasta with the shrimp and the chicken and the noodles were hard. I think that my food was taking a long time to get ready. And his must have been done and just sat there waiting. Because the noodles were very hard like you could tell. They sat before they brought it out, they weren’t soft and creamy, and mixed in You could tell they had sat for a little bit i’m not sure but I think they said, well, waiting for mine to be done, because like I said there was a wait but The Star best part of the evening was the waiter Kevin. He was so apologetic, it was so uh, friendly, he actually cared. He apologized a 100 × 4 something that is not his fault. The kitchen should have told the waitstaff, you know what they were out of and yeah. Such a nice man. Totally give him props for making a not so great experience into better one

It’s a 9.99 pice of cake – overall, the food was meh, but the service from Kevin and including the management that took care of my steak. Were great

So, Outback is usually consistently decent, no complaints. Today I got a pickup order and was shocked to discover that this tiny bowl, maybe a bit bigger than what the put the blooming onion sauce in, is what they call a “crock” of chili. For $10. It’s a crock of something for sure, but chili ain’t it.

My husband took me here for Valentine’s Day. Everything was going ok until our food came out in my mashed potatoes had a plastic glove inside. This is so unsanitary and disgusting. The manager was nice and offered to cover the bill and also offered dessert. But unfortunately there was no way we was eating nor taking anything else out that kitchen. 1st and last time going to this location.

Amazing first experience. The food was absolutely delicious, cooked so well and so many great options. Then, to top it off our server Amelia was THE BEST. She was super attentive and helpful. She sealed the deal on our Valentines day dinner spot.

The bartender Alexis was great. I showed up right before closing and she could not have been more welcoming. Instead of making me feel rushed, she made me feel completely at home.
Her service was attentive and genuinely friendly. She has that rare ability to balance professionalism with personality, and it made the whole experience stand out.

I had a meal at the Clive, IA location and just hoping to get a refund for this meal? I was so excited to get a blooming onion but after eating just a few I had to stop- they were so greasy! Then I had a side of the Caesar salad and after just a few bites I could not finish it. The dressing was so peppery and did not taste good. When I got the sirloin & grilled shrimp, the shrimp were on a piece of brown bread that looked terrible! The shrimp had no flavor, but the steak was good as was the sweet potato. The service was very good! I am just very disappointed with spending $46 for food that wasn’t good. I know you probably don’t do this, but could I get credit back on my credit card? I do not want a gift card as I will not be returning to this restaurant! I don’t usually complain but I was really looking forward to this meal but was very unhappy with the food. I tried to find an email for your corporate office and couldn’t find one anywhere on any websites for Outback Steakhouse. Thanks!

Met a couple of friends here for lunch. Wasn’t very busy, so was seated quickly. Server did a good job & food arrived fairly quickly. I had a chicken sandwich, and it was pretty good. Fries were good as well.

Ribeye was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Waiter was friendly. The host, Josh, was magnificent. He was genuinely cheerful, conversational and efficient. I felt like he was an old friend! Before I left, he asked me how the food was and made sure I had a great experience. It was genuine interest and legit friendliness. Big shout out to him, he is perfect for that job!
