We had a good time at outback but the food was over-seasoned. Blooming onion and French onion soup were extremely salty I had to drink water in between each bite to get the salt taste out of my mouth. Steak was also super over-seasoned but was cooked well. Our server gave us great service and the drinks were amazing though, and they even sang at the end for my bfs birthday!

We had a party of 15. Service was great. Everyone got what they ordered at the same time. Apps and drinks were out first of course. Drinks were cold. Food was hot. Steaks cooked as ordered to perfection. My Sirloin was so tender and seasoned perfectly. Wait staff checked on us every now and then and kept our drinks full. They even got the French onion soup back on the menu. I Didn’t have it today because I was warm already. Restaurant atmosphere was very nice. Not too loud. We were able to have conversations. We will definitely be back. Hopefully French onion soup next time!

Update on my last review at Outback:
I took the ribeye steak home and ate the next day.
It was AWFUL. For $37, this steak had so much grizzle, I had to throw out 1/3 of the steak. It was nothing but tendons running through it, not to mention super high fat content. A chuck steak is easier to cut. For the price, this steak is UNACCEPTABLE! Never again will I eat any steak from Outback Steakhouse. Absolutely poor quality of prime rib. See pics.

Celebrated 2 birthdays and had a good time. The new drink Croc Mock (non-alcoholic) was great. However, we never received our free desserts like the server said we would receive. Bill was higher than expected. Ribeye and coconut shrimp meal alright. Couldn’t finish the steak, so I took it home. Chicken and shrimp Alfredo was just okay. Small portion, though. Even though we never received the free “birthday” dessert, we order the full price Cheesecake w/raspberry sauce to go. It was the reason we chose Outback for our b-day dinners.

Last night at 6:40 I got a Carry out to take to hospital for my sister to have something other than hospital food. I ordered 3 bowls of french onion soup and a blooming onion. The soup was ok but the blooming onion was horrible it was over cooked and greasy as hell, tasted terrible, burnt and just a pile of grease. looked like it was old also. I spent $37.50 on this and a decent tip and I get this. I’m pissed. I should bring it back to u we barely ate none of it.
Then your response is thank you for your thoughtful review, thoughtful that means you didn’t read it, and I see more than one review responding about how lousy the blooming onion is, greasy, burnt, nasty and for the price is nuts but you don’t offer nothing in return to noone. Terrible business practice. No wonder your restaurant is going down, you don’t care about how food is cooked yes you have good customer service but it will be unfortunate that when you close down they won’t have jobs. Maybe you should hire a new manager and cooks.

Our recent visit to Outback can be summed up in one word: DISAPPOINTING. Hadn’t been there in a while, had a somewhat special evening, and have solid memories now, why there won’t be another visit. The restaurant was practically empty ( dont wonder why now ) . Service was terribly slow,and our blooming onion was more or less a blooming pile of grease. Our steaks came so over salted they were inedible. There replacements were almost as bad, just from what they picked up off the grill. Our dinners were a disaster that just left me with questions: how can they have decent reviews? Do I have the right address? ( yes ) , what kind of ” Steakhouse ” dosnt serve prime rib every day?( this one ), Is this why they are on the list of companies expected to file bankruptcy in 2026 ( I think so ). To future patrons , all I can say is… good luck on you’re visit!

Delicious dinner- we were seated quickly. Friendly service, our shrimp was fresh and seasoned. Our entries were served piping hot.
Plenty parking spaces. Easy access, clean restrooms.
Manager was very attentive- we had difficulty with a gift card and she came and helped us out and checked the card for us.

The food however was a bit disappointing, especially for the price you pay. My husband says Our Blooming Onion was overcooked & burnt. It was quite smaller then other ones we saw. My grilled Shrimp lacked flavor, His Chicken Breast look more like chicken cutlets & lacked flavor & My TOP SHELF Long Island was not a Top Shelf.The French Onion soup was just “ok”- Nothing special & pretty disappointing. I love a great French Onion soup. My salad was delicious.
