Our server was kind and courteous, and the little food we were able to get was good. We came here for dinner before getting a haircut. After 45 minutes, our entrees still hadn’t come out, and it took altogether too long for our drinks and appetizer. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We had to box up our food, and when we finally got home to eat it, both of our orders were wrong. Definitely will not be going back to this Outback.

Had a reservation for New Year’s Eve at 6:45! We arrived at 6:35 and then to our dismay they could NOT find our reservation. The hostess said to check with the girl greeting people at the door we explained that she had sent us to the podium to see her. The hostess then handed us a beeper and said she would “make sure” we were taken care of. Not to worry! We then sat at the bar for an hour! So much for being “Taken care of” ! We then had the good luck to have a wonderful server named Mia. However our drinks we ordered took a half an hour to reach the table. We ordered our food quickly as we had a party to go to. It arrived about a half an hour later. It wasn’t bad if you like your salad warm and drenched in dressing and your asparagus ice cold. The sweet potato was petrified… I could go on and on but what’s the point?
Yes, it was New Year’s Eve and a bit crowded but not much more than any other Saturday night. Very! Very! disappointed and we eat here quite often.
Do NOT think we will be back! it’s now about 9:15 and we are definitely OUT OF HERE!

I’ve been here twice now and the service was awful both times. The waitresses rarely come to your table. My first visit was understandable because it was extremely packed. It took me a half hour to receive my drink and another 45 for my appetizer. My second visit it took once again a half hour for my drink and an hour and 20min to receive my food. The second visit the restaurant was mostly empty. I’m not impressed and will not be returning for a third try.

Staff was courtes . Food was OK. My party had 6 people 2 of the meals were over cooked. The wait for the table was good. They served the wait people raspberry cheesecake tasters and lemon water. All in all our experience was good.

Our server was not helpful. She never gave me a refill on my drink. The food was not cooked properly. My steak was to rare. My baked potato only had one dollop of sour cream. My side of sauteed mushrooms looked like canned mushrooms and mixed with red wine and onions. Seemed like it was just warmed up in the microwave… Horrible. I use to go to this place all the time. Now I will not.

The service staff has been very friendly. I have seen quite a change over in staffing for last five years, but the level of service was kept above average all the time.
However, two things I don’t like is the salinity of the food and the unknown smell in a corner of the dining hall. The food is especially salty, even among Outbacks. And the smell close to kitchen area reminds me of restroom next to my table although there is no restroom there.

John, our server, was not attentive, for our entire visit. When the owner Vanessa asked how everything was we said good, because up to that point everything was great. Then we didn’t see John for 10 minutes. We had to ask the owner and then the server for a box. John may have sensed we were not happy because he offered us some fresh bread to take with us and then had to wait for him to get the bread(10 minutes). Great food, sub par service.

Well we sat done opted out of an app because me and my fiancee decided on soup.
We finally ordered 10 min later. 10 more minutes I asked about our soup. Our server played it off like it was the kitchens fault. As I watched two other tables receive their French onion, so obviously the kitchen was just fine.
On top of that I ordered my steak marsala style it did not come out that way and she proceeded to blame the kitchen again.
Needless to say we won’t be coming back here again.

Carlos was absolutely fantastic. Sean was sub-par. Drinks were full-flavored, and not watered down. The crispy shrimp was amazing, and even better when I asked for the marmalade. My partner ordwred a rare steak with loaded baked potatoes and loved every perfectly cooked bite. I asked to have a few of the mac and cheese sides out together to create an entree. It was delicious. Again, I strongly recommend Carlos. He was funny and friendly and nice without seeming overbearing.

We had a party of 15 celebrating a Grad party. We called ahead and were told we may not be able to get accommodations to all sit together.. Upon arrival, Ryan and Venessa set up a table for the entire family to sit together. Next were the waitresses Ramona and Deja who were great and on top of it all. Food came out warm and all correct with no issues. Well done to your team and keep up the great job !
