Wonderful place to dine! Nice and clean, staff is awesome, food is delicious! Love the bread and butter they start you out with! I had steak and baked potato and sweet potato….everything was delicious! My husband had the steak and chicken combo with fries and the wedge salad…he loved it all!!! I tried his chicken..loved the seasoning and it was soooo tender and juicy!!! The only con is the parking lot…not enough parking spaces.

We went here the Sunday before Memorial Day. It was nice, quaint, and very quiet. We arrived between 6:30 and 7 p.m., expecting a slight wait. We didn’t have to wait at all, which was fantastic!

Our server was new but she kept a smile on her face the entire time even after she had to take my prime rib back.

I am the biggest fan of the Outback seasoned prime rib, which I ordered, but she didn’t realize they no longer make the Outback seared prime rib.

Another server came over to explain that they no longer had the Outback seasoned prime rib (it would have been nice if she used her indoor voice; she was super loud) ️

She said that the chef would make it for me on this occasion. They forgot to bring out the warm, delicious brown bread, and the Au Jus sauce that comes with the prime rib was super salty; I couldn’t use it. After that debacle, everything was pretty tasty as usual.

My husband and I enjoyed a nice Sunday night dinner at the Outback Steakhouse in Indiana while there for business that weekend.

They provide you with enough food for two servings. My husband and I both had enough food for lunch the next day.

Overall, they did a great job making me a happy customer!

It was disappointing. I wanted coconut shrimp to celebrate my birthday. I got it and it was disgusting. The shrimp was overcooked. The breading used was cooked in old oil or something. Very gross! The blooming onion was overcooked and just ok. I told the server it was gross. Nothing was done. The table across from us was dirty the entire time we were there. My sister got cheesecake and the topping was hardened chocolate in a cup. I feel nauseous. Happy Birthday to me. Never again..

I was on the west side for an errand and saw the Outback here, realized I hadn’t been to an Outback in ages and got curious to try it again, so I got takeout. I did not take my car over, so I wrote in the curbside pickup instructions where it asked for my car make/model that I didn’t have a car and would pick up inside. I had no trouble picking up inside, and the staff were all very friendly, which made my pickup experience very pleasant. However I think my order was ready way earlier than the estimated time – the website said pickup in 26-31 minutes, so I made sure to place the order about 25 minutes before I’d be arriving, but I got a text that my order was “almost ready” when I was still 15 minutes away.
I got shrimp on the barbie and carrot cake. Food was decent but not great, which is honestly about what I expected. I do think it would have been significantly better if I’d either eaten in the restaurant or gotten it fresher. By the time I was home and got unpacked, it was about 30 minutes after that almost ready text, and even though I put the food in an insulated bag when I got it, it was only lukewarm when I got home. So, I microwaved it for a minute to get it hot again, but between the shrimp steaming in that container for all that time and the microwave, it was no longer crisp from the grill. Everything (the shrimp, the rice, the broccoli) was also a little more oily/buttery than I like, but the lack of freshness was the main problem, and I think that kind of emphasized the oiliness. It was still an enjoyable meal in the end; the flavour of the shrimp and rice was nice, and the broccoli were okay despite also being over-steamed. The carrot cake was average, nothing wrong with it but nothing really going for it. It was easily big enough to share.
A small loaf of the honey wheat bread was included, but I didn’t eat it with the rest of my meal because I was pretty full from just the entree and half the cake. I heated it up a little (in the oven) the next day and it was very good. It’s a unique flavour and a great texture.
I wouldn’t do takeout again. It just wasn’t worth it to pay the premium price for what tasted like leftovers. But I might try dining in.

Allie is one of the best hostess I’ve ever met. For being a manager in the restaurant where I work. This girl is so good. She made my kids and wife feel so welcomed and smile and giggling the whole time. She’s so great!

I gave up on this place about two years ago because it was just bad all the way around. Today, decided to give it a chance because they were offering a meal to Veterans a day early. We’ll, they did not disappoint. They are still bad. I dont quite know how a well done steak is anywhere close to the bloody messed up thing I got. Sorry but I won’t be returning for any reason.

Amazing!!! The host was nice, our waiter Chloe was AMAZING and so friendly, and the food was delicious and on point. I even asked to speak to the manager, Dylan to express our gratitude. He was very pleasant as well. We will return as we left highly satisfied!!!

This was hands-down one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve ever had, and easily the worst meal I’ve had at an Outback Steakhouse.

We started with Wallaby Darned drinks and specifically asked for the koala straws. The server said no problem and even mentioned there would be an upcharge, which we agreed to. Drinks arrived… no koala straws. At that point we let it go—mistakes happen.

We ordered appetizers, which were actually the highlight of the night. The potato soup was genuinely good, and credit where it’s due—that was the only thing done right. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

While we were eating our appetizers, our server disappeared. No check-ins, no asking if we were ready to order, nothing—until we were nearly finished. Eventually we got our entrée order in. One person ordered ahi tuna (not great), another ordered a chicken dish (mediocre but tolerable), and I ordered the three-course meal that included the Bloomin’ Onion Burger.

What arrived was honestly shocking.

The Bloomin’ Onion “petals” on the burger were cold. The cheese—three slices stacked on top—was completely unmelted and cold as well. The burger itself was lukewarm at best, while the vegetables underneath were cold, making it clear this plate had been sitting for a while. It tasted like my burger had been made first and then left to wait while everything else was prepared.

I took two bites, pulled the cheese straight off the burger to show the server it wasn’t even remotely melted, and told him it was probably the worst burger I’ve ever had. He offered to “see what he could do” and came back with a $10 gift card—which I gave away, because I have zero intention of returning.

Since the meal was supposed to include dessert, I still asked for the cheesecake.

That turned out to be the final insult.

The cheesecake was frozen solid. Not “chilled.” Not “firm.” Frozen. I could barely get a fork into it. If the burger being cold wasn’t bad enough, serving frozen cheesecake to finish the meal was almost impressive in how careless it felt.

No real apology. No real effort to fix the experience. Just a bad meal, poor service, and a bill that didn’t match the quality at all.

Outback Steakhouse used to be reliable. This location clearly is not. One star—and that’s only because the potato soup was edible.
