My gf and I came for lunch. She had sirloin and I had ribeye with salads and blooming onion. All the food was great. My steak was cooked rare just like i asked and ny gf’s was medium rare just like shebwanted. Everything tasted hot and fresh. Service was great waitress kaitlin was very attentive. I remember asking another server for A1 sauce and he went to get it and she came by not long after and asked if I needed any sauce and I mentioned A1 and she immediately went to check on it and grab it. All around great experience this time. Would recommend.

For being the “fast food” of restaurants, everything was pretty good. We were not unhappy with any of our food. The Steakhouse Mac & Cheese was phenomenal of course. The rest of our food was prepared (Glazed Pork Chops & Bloomin Fried Chicken). I recommend their Smoked Old Fashioned, but replace the whiskey with the 100proof Knob Creek.. thank me later. We rarely got to see our server, which was a bit of an inconvenience and food we wanted to finish we did not get to as we were wanting more sauces to do so. Which would have been understandable had they actually been busy (we were the only ones in the bar). Seems the employees would rather congregate near the front door. Had I not went in to this expecting less, I would have given less stars.

wanted to leave a updated review from our visit on 12/6 1:04pm. We have come to this location a half dozen times, usually things went ok. This last visit we ordered 2 steaks the usual salads baked potato and paid extra for the macaroni side. Out server comes out with a large tray containing 8 meals, he takes 6 off serving the table behind us, then brings us the remaining 2, we advised no we didn’t order that, he realized he gave out plate to the table behind us, he goes back to that table and gets my order from then and brings it to me, (8oz medium cooked steak with baked potato) i was thinking wait, this food was just given to someone else now christian our server gives it to me? seems strange, so i told him it was missing the baked potato though i saw the chives on the plate indicating the person he gave my meal to took the potato off, he said oh sorry. 15 min later we are waiting for the macaroni we paid extra for an the baked potato also noticing the steak was well done and dry as can be. Would had told our server but he didn’t come back for 15 min. Finally a baked potato came out with the macaroni we paid and left. I complained to the website as advised waiting for a reaponse morning. I contacted corporate even sent individual emails to the ceo of blooming brands (who owns outback) and their hr just so they can acknowledge what had happened so it does not happen to the next person. Nothing, not one response. Sadly we will drive 15 further going forward to try a different outback, never is it ok to serve food to somone that had been placed in front of another customer. And the fact this restaurant ignored my concern indicates they don’t care. So buyer beware. Outback if you respond by indicating for me to go online to the “leave a communication portal” i have already twice to simply be ignored.

My family (a group of 13) came here last weekend for my and my son’s birthday. We waited an hour to be seated, which was fine, every place nearby had an hour wait at least. We were finally seated at 2 tables that weren’t together. We requested for part of our group to be moved to a table closer where the people were finishing and about to leave. We then, after being seated together, waited at least an hour before our server took our drink orders. My daughter had to leave before drinks, we had been there 2 hours by that point. The server was nice but seemed very inexperienced. I don’t know his name. We ordered appetizers and food. My sister had to ask the server to remove plates to make room before our meals came because they were stacking up. It was quite some time before our server checked back after bringing food. I had a good time because I was with my family but it was overall a very unsatisfactory experience. We were not difficult, just went with the flow but having spent a good amount of money on this dinner, very disappointed in the overall quality of our birthday celebration at this restaurant. The food was what I’d expect from Outback but don’t order the spinach dip, it was a total waste of money.

Paul was my husband and I’s server. He said we were his third table ever! He was nervous but i made sure to let him know he was an amazing server and better than most seasoned servers! We had the steak pasta and the 8 oz sirloin. Both cooked perfectly. The boomerang mozzarella was also good! I even got a little koala bear!

Had a great meal. I ordered grilled shrimp with fries (pic attached) and it was delicious. I also had a salad that was excellent, very fresh and tasty. The waitress was kind, though she did shout a little more than necessary, and the music was louder than I’d prefer, which made the place feel a bit noisy. Overall though, really good food and a nice experience!

Our sever Christan was excellent, kind and attentive. The food came in a timely manor and was really good. My sirloin cut was juicy and cut very easily and the garlic butter on top was yummy. My fries were a little salty for my taste, but the ranch helped. Inside was a bit colder than I liked and when we were there they had multiple units blasting cold aid. All in all, outback is a nice treat when you don’t want to cook stake at home and want a fun little shark drink.

I got the Lobster Tail and filet mignon. I asked for the filet to be medium cooked. It was WELL DONE!! I’m pretty sure they gave me a different cut of steak to. Lobster Tail was not fresh smelled like a fish tank that hasn’t been cleaned. It was like rubber, I spit it out. Table was dirty and so was the seat. Waiter was awesome but that’s it. One and done experience for me!

James was so sweet as our server! He was clear with us when our food would take too long and brings a friendly vibe to the restaurant. He sat down at our table to talk to us and made quite a few jokes. He should look into modeling.

Overall a great place to eat. The ribeye was a little peppery, so if you don’t like pepper it might not be for you. The service was excellent and it has ample seating. We went on a Saturday and the wait was about an hour.
