Thoroughly impressed! My wife and I came with our 7 month old for a late lunch date. Hannah S was our kind server. I spilled my drink while trying to feed our baby, but she immediately gave me a fresh glass, brought towels and offered us a dessert on the house. We are still so grateful! Food and environment was equally excellent.

My wife and I were there on February 28th, 2026 around 5:00pm. We ordered a salad with steak on it that we were going to share. We waited and waited for our food. The waitress kept apologizing so when it came out it after about 35-40 minutes it had shrimp on it instead of steak. Waited another 15 minutes and we were about ready to leave when our very nice waitress came out and told us not to leave that our food was right behind her. So another 5 minutes or so here came our salad with nearly raw steak on it. We had ordered it medium well. So we took one look at it and said no thanks we’re leaving as it had been about an hour by this time and we weren’t going to wait for them to cook the steak some more. I did give the waitress a good tip as it wasn’t her fault. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen but it wasn’t work! Not sure that we will ever go back.

I’ve been to the Outback Steakhouse in Eastgate 4x this year and once to this one on 5 mile – and I’ve been really really impressed!! Great service, best salads ever, and all the other food has been fantastic. And I’m a Jeff Ruby long time customer – it’s not Ruby’s but it’s very excellent and I’ll be coming back again and again!

Everything has been great. Our server, Tayler was wonderful and the cooks did a fantastic job on the steak! She made sure our food was good and that it came out quick, she went thru and set up my Outback gift card from the zillions website for me because I could not figure it out, and she got me set up with a rewards account! This was our first time eating here as we just moved here from Illinois, and we will be coming back often! Food did not take long at all and the atmosphere was amazing!

First, the service was top notch all the way around. The low review has to do with the food. My wife and I probably eat here maybe 6 times per year, though it has been awhile.
We ate there 2/17/26 because while deciding where to eat, we decided Outback for the blooming onion.
Ordered the BO as an appetizer. We both ordered the 3 course meal. Wife – the burger and fries with a salad Me- ribs, baked potato (with only butter, SC and chives)Came out loaded (and I assume paid extra) and a salad.
The blooming onion was super greasy. We actually did not eat much of it. The ribs had blackish scale like something toward the bones Never seen that before. I did not eat much of them.
Everything went right through us and our stomachs are doing flip flops today. Food poisoning? Since we are both sick, I’m guessing it was the salads.
As paying there was a survey regarding the ribs. And I now wonder why? As a rib connoisseur, these were not appetizing at all and kind of gross to be honest.
On the way home we both decided that we will not be back. It seems to me that Outback is cutting corners and serving subpar food. So disappointing

Came in town from Chicago for Christmas to visit my Mom off Beechmont; hadn’t been to Outback in some time but this location should be proud. From the front of house – to the back of house you can tell they work hard. Greeted, sat, drinks, awesome food, other servers helping each other. My Mom had a medium rare burger cooked perfectly. I did the Alice chicken which was fantastic. Broccoli was incredible, baked potato was awesome. The house bread was delicious. If you’re looking to go out and spend your money, have a great time at this location. Kudos yall.

Our waitress was a bit more concerned with her family seated at a table close to us. My husband had to go to the greater to get steak sauce and we sat for an additional 15 minutes after eating waiting for go boxes because yet again our server was visiting with her family. I was brought mayonnaise that had turned due to sitting out. I asked for new and was told there was nothing wrong with it. This was an unfortunate one off of normally great service. However the amount of dust on the decor, walls, and light fixtures was horrible. Every time someone walked by our table the dust stirred around dancing in the sunlight over our table. Cleanliness in a restaurant is mandatory. Overall it wasn’t our best experience.

The ambiance is nice, was fast to be seated. I order a ribeye steak with fries and veggies, the veggies didn’t have seasoning. The meat was so tender and juice, delicious. I ordered a drink to celebrate San Valentine Day the Berry martini was good but to sweet for me and was no cold. My husband ordered a salad but the waitress forgot the dressing and he was waiting for 10 or more min to eat the salad and the burger was good and he like it. We had a great dinner but they need to put attention to details .

First time here was great, except for the people who started threatening us.
Thankfully our Waitress, Alexa, disfused the situation, made sure everything was fixed, even comped one of our meals for the inconvenience (which she didnt have to do, god bless her). All the staff and manager in general were not only great but also very cool . Give alexa a raise she deserves it and did just fantastic. The food was also super good, bread was made well too, just in general i had a great experience and even the moment my family and I had a bad moment it was quickly fixed.
So if anyone reads this know if there’s any issues you’re in good hands, food especially good as well.
