The food was good. Our server was a sweet girl. My only complaint is; they have those black boxes on the table where you can pay for your food and play games. OK, so I hit the play now on it and it said 3.99 to play. I said oh I dont think so and I never played it. When I paid my bill I realized I was charged the 3.99. So the waitress said she’d have to ask the manager to remove it from my bill. The manager informed her that they couldn’t remove it because its not associated with the restaurant. That’s crazy since I could pay my bill through it but not get my money back for something I didn’t use. Those should not be used or be more specific. I’ve done it before at other restaurants but never played a game and was not charged. She did give me a card for a free bloomin onion, but since I dont like onions what good will that be. This was on February 28th, 2026 around noon. Don’t push play. Lol

My husband & I went here because we hadn’t been in yrs because of a bad experience & thought we’d give it a go again. It was NOT good still! I got the sirloin 8oz.(cooked good alot of spice) With garlic shrimp (no garlic flavor just spice)with rice & side salad for my sides. He got a full rack of baby back ribs ( overly spicy)with sweet potatoes & side salad it had to have been the dressing but it was spicy for both of us. well the spice didn’t end there my steak had little too no flavor just spice my rice had the spice as well. My husband said it was so hard to eat his ribs due to the spice factor he said the best thing about his meal was the sweet potato he did love it. But again what’s with all the spice?! Needless to say we won’t be going back. I really hoped it would have redeemed itself from the last time sadly it didn’t.

We went yesterday for our anniversary and they were amazing. The place was so clean and the people were so nice. Our waiter ( I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name ) was absolutely perfect, he was so welcoming and helpful when we had questions and he didn’t come over when our mouths were full of food, and he gave us a free ice cream for our anniversary. Food was amazing, the chicken was cooked perfectly and juicy, everything on the sandwiches was fresh and delicious. Absolutely would recommend!!!!

Very minimal crowd, nice dining room, spacious and plentiful seating.
Though it was empty, it took a moment for the host to arrive. They said they were doing the job of two and seemed stressed and apologetic.
Took to our booth, which I immediately noticed was dirty. Luckily, so did they and (half) cleaned it with more apologies.
Waitress was on top of our orders and checked on us frequently, but she wasn’t at all friendly or overly welcoming.
Dinner for two was over $100, which is a little more expensive than likewise competitor’s. The food was absolutely delicious, however, and worth every penny.
I’ll probably go back, but gloomy staff and unwelcoming atmosphere likely will have me considering other options first.

We have not been to the restaurant in over a year. We went there 10/11/2025 we had a small wait no big deal there. After seated it went down hill. We ordered 1/2 order cheesy fry which came lukewarm. Waiter brought bread and butter, room temp, and tasted like it was from last week. We waited a very long time for our food , I ordered the prime rib, it was tough, lukewarm and just not very tasteful. Boyfriend got 6 oz. Filet . Waiter said they had to wait on the mashed potatoes?? Did he want something else. They brought mashed potatoes, lukewarm. Waiter said he would put in another order for a loaf of bread which we never got and he saw the half of the bread from which we complained about still on the table. I figure it’ll be another year before we go back there again if we go back, to Mansfield, Ohio. Very slow for everything we went through to the end when we left. We will just find somewhere else to go

Food was good as usual and all was tasty and the ahi tuna is always a good choice for me. They are now putting it on a bed of iceberg lettuce. Not the best. Was better sitting on a bed of coleslaw. The dipping sauce which is tangy goes well with the seared tuna. Excellent. My son had the chimicuri steak and had the bloomin’ shrimp for an appetizer. The outback does not disappoint!

My wife and I went to the Outback Steakhouse in Mansfield, OH because we had a gift card. We’re celebrating our anniversary this weekend so we decided to use it and we were not disappointed! I got the three course meal with the sirloin steak and the wedge salad and my wife got the lobster tail and steak. It was absolutely delicious and the steak was perfectly done medium. The wedge salads were so good,as was the bloomin onion we ordered for an appetizer. Our waitress was great as well, good service. Well done, Outback!

Had a great dinner here last night with family. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly and flavored well. Soup and sides are good, too. Service prompt and friendly, even around closing hour. We had a nice dinner here and recommend this restaurant.
