My TOGO location I chose to pick up from was SOLON, OHIO. My To-Go representative Leonard was outstanding. His customer service was warm, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. My three steak entrées were prepared perfectly with no issues at all. The steak was absolutely amazing—very flavorful and cooked just right. Everything I ordered was included, and I even received extra steak sauce. Overall, an excellent experience.

This place made me sad, now I remember why I haven’t been there in years. The Alice chicken I ordered tasted like whatever mixed seasoning they use on everything. You couldn’t taste the chicken, the cheese, the mushroom or the bacon it just tasted like you were biting into a block of spice. Very disappointing and unnecessary. You can put a modest amount of spice on and then people can salt and pepper at the table if needed but any cook knows that bacon is loaded with a ton of salt as well as cheese so you really don’t need a whole lot more seasoning. The shrimp was a little better, but still heavy-handed with the seasoning, I will give it thumbs up on the standard loaded baked potato, however. The food took quite a while to come out and the restaurant was basically empty, so we’re not sure what happened there. No apologies for that and no apologies for my meal when they asked how it was. I figured they would offer some kind of compensation, we had a party of six so it was a pretty big ticket. I would’ve expected them just to comp that One meal or very at least bring over a couple of desserts for everyone to share. You can see in the picture how much Of the chicken I couldn’t eat, it just wasn’t worth the calories and everything. There is so fattening which I’ll do once in a while if it’s a good trade-off for flavor and taste in customer service, but in this case, it wasn’t worth the calories. Can’t believe that a manager wasn’t asked to come over and talk to us and apologize, what’s the point of sitting down at a restaurant at all I might as well eat at home. Also, we had a drink spill couldn’t find anyone to help us clean it up for a while when I finally found one of the other servers and asked them for something to clean it up. They brought me a stack of cocktail napkins from the bar.

My husband, myself and 2 adult girls showed up at 530 on Valentine’s Day. We were told about 45 minutes to an hour wait. At about 45 minutes we checked on the wait and were told at least another 50 minutes because the kitchen was backed up. While we were taken back, we waited. Others were upset, demanding the manager like she could make the BOH move faster. Once seated, our server, Mikayla, was amazing. She told us the kitchen was backed up and food was taking over an hour but appetizers were coming out quickly. We got our salads and Blooming Onion immediately and those held us over until our main course came out. I was in awe of how customers were treating the FOH because BOH was so busy with online orders and in house orders. They had no empathy on one of the busiest nights of the year for restaurants. The food still came out amazing. Thank you Mikayla and staff for being so sweet, attentive and kind to us! We will be back!

My husband and I had our Anniversary dinner on Sunday(3/1/26) at the Macedonia location and it was excellent! Our server Reign was very friendly and efficient! She checked on us frequently-even after getting a table of 10 to serve! We hadn’t been to Outback in awhile but definitely planning another dining experience soon.

Went in here with one of my friends and was impressed by the atmosphere. Everything was shiny, the parking lot was clean, was seated relatively efficiently. Service was passable.
I had an immense craving for a medium cooked ribeye. It came out flat as s 2×4 and charred black. Inside was flat grey. Taste was good, at least, but it was so far away from what i wanted i just finished the (superb) fried shrimp and flat out took a refund for the steak, since i felt fat anyway.
Would go back, just to see if they manage to cook it blue rare next time.

I had a good experience at Outback Steakhouse. Service was superb! Food was excellent….my only complaint i ordered a loaded baked potato, but didn’t get any sour cream and only a small container of bacon/cheese/chives.

We visited here this evening for dinner and I am happy to report this was the best meal I’ve had out to eat in months! Everything was flavorful and well seasoned, and my entree is an item I will return to eat again because that’s how delicious it was. Dare I say, the best tuna I’ve ever eaten??? I’m not even a steak person but they offer so much more than just steaks!

We came for the nostalgia we wanted a blooming onion and were pleased with how it came it looked great and had nice texture, the taste was a bit off because it tasted like it had been left in the grease too long or in old grease. The steaks weren’t cooked how we asked it seems like you must have well done or medium well however after they remade the steak that was supposed to be medium rare it was good. Overall the food was just ok. It didn’t scream come back again, but if I’m in the area I might give it another try could have just been one of those nights

We had a great time today at the Outback in Macedonia OH. After an immediate and hospitable greeting, our family (party of 7) was seated right away. Megan our server was awesome. Great hospitality, menu knowledge and made great recommendations. We actually participated in the Wing Roo-lette, which was as hot as we’ve heard over the past few days. The souffle cup of ice cream was an instant recovery to go on to our meals which included perfectly prepared salmon, French Onion Soup, Coconut Fried Shrimp, delicious Grilled chicken and two joey meals that they finished eating in minutes. We look forward to coming back soon.

I ordered a bone in ribeye with a wedge salad. First let me start by saying, the wedge salad IS the reason I go to Outback. They put a balsamic drizzle on the plate and it is SO GOOD, Usually! I started eating it and it seemed just SOOOO SALTY. But I took a few more bites thinking it was just me. NO! So I asked Megan (our server) if they put seasoning on the salad bc it was way too salty to eat. She said they don’t put seasoning on there but she will have it remade. When she brought a new one back, she did say they put seasoning on the top so she told the kitchen to do lite that time. Now comes the Bone in ribeye…. Overcooked. I cut into it while the server was still standing there and SHE said oh that is overcooked. But I guess it worked out because now i was able to eat my salad actually before my steak. Second steak came back and it was cooked perfectly!!!! Sorry to the people who were getting food after me though because they used ALL OF THEIR REMAINING salt on MY STEAK! Omg it was terrible. I took a few bites and packed it up to go and fed it to my dog.
My son ordered filet mignon, his was undercooked. Ordered med rare but got rare. However, he said he would keep it bc we all know when they take undercooked back & out it back on the grill- now it is overcooked. She even offered to have it “thrown back on the grill.” No thanks! What is SO CRAZY is the manager is the one who brought my second steak out AND I mentioned to her that his was not cooked correct either & she seemed to not care. Then, we ordered a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Now, the best part….. the check. I wasn’t even going to say anything about the check, but I work in the restaurant business so I found it crazy that the ice cream couldn’t even be taken care of after our experience. So I mentioned it to our server…. Then she offered to check with a manager, but I told her it was OK that I would just pay for it. She insisted at that point so then talk to the manager and got the ice cream taken off an additional $10. The fact that I had to ask for it was wild. Horrible experience!!!! And to think that I passed up Longhorn to get salty food that I couldn’t even enjoy and to feel unappreciated by outback. Lastly, we took home a chicken Alfredo meal Because they currently are offering $10 take-home meals. The chicken Alfredo is awful! When I say it is awful, it does not even taste like Alfredo sauce on there. So nasty, not even edible. We will not be back. The only outback that has given us a great experience is the outback in Strongsville. If I happen to be out that far, I would definitely stop there, but definitely not back by the Macedonia location.
