We frequent Outback however today’s service was not delightful. Marissa seemed annoyed to even be at work. Had to wait for refills not once but twice. Dropped check quickly as if rushing us to be done. Overall experience today was not inviting. Food was good though. Manager walked by but never stopped.

I’ve never been to an Outback before in my 40 years of existence, and I should have kept it that way.
The waitress was good, but she knew about the food issues through other complaints already. The bread was good, the fountain drinks were pretty good, the cheese cake was fine. The main courses, my wife and I didn’t eat very much since they were extraordinarily salty and not prepared the best.
The bathroom wasn’t the greatest either -or cleanest (though not the worst). It did have the most off putting color scheme I can ever remember seeing as well.

We went on Veterans day to celebrate as my husband is a disabled veteran. He was so impressed with the steak we ordered takeout of 3 8oz sirloin dinner the Monday after veterans day. The steak was so freaking good, honestly everything was. 10/10 highly recommend Outback Steakhouse even for takeout!!

The filet was juicy, but it was so salty it was like a giant salt lick for deer. I rinsed it off when I reheated it at home. The blooming onion was over cooked, but the server was friendly. Im in sticker shock like everyone else tho with a $102 bill without tip for 2 people. We left $30 cash tip for him since he was nice and it was Christmas Eve. Overall, I wouldn’t go to outback again.

Honestly just because of dawn our wonderful waitress I wish I could give above 5 stars you see we have been having it rough but a relative gave us enough to take our son out somewhere nice so we choose here with my husband disabled and me have been in a wreck that left me barely able to walk at times we have been having it rough we always manage to pay bills and have food but not much more than that and our son wanted 2 things for his birthday a phone and his ears pierced we did manage the phone but with everything we couldn’t get his ears pierced back in October he was telling dawn about it and she asked well how much is it and this wonderful mother of 2 herself took from her own tips and handed it to me and said get him what he wants we all thanked her my son hugged her . . But I would say if anyone gets this wonderful waitress please reward her kindness because a lot of people don’t care anymore and she chose kindness which in my opinion makes her one of your best employees she made my sons night because not only was we able to get him nice meal he will get his ears pierced thanks to this wonderful woman……

I frequently visit this location and today was the worst experience ever! We were waited on by Marissa and the service was horrible. Besides her crappy attitude and waiting on to drinks to be refilled more than once she spent the majority of her time chewing the fat with a few individuals hanging out at the bar!

Today was my wifes birthday and she chose this restaurant. Not a very good experience, cold table bread, wrong soup, asked twice for extra salad dressing that was never brought. Steaks was brought out slightly burnt and one missing a potato and the other not as ordered. Was confused somewhat. One waitress took order while another brought out salads and wrong soup followed by another that brought out steaks missing loaded potato and the other missing toppings. The greeting at the door was well recieved by the hostess but, after that, it was almost like someone playing a prank. We both decided not to dine here no more. For that price there is other options.

Very happy with my experience at Outback Steakhouse. I received a $10 coupon from my last experience that wasn’t great. I wrote a review explaining and I was contacted the same day with an apology and coupon. They truly made up for it this time! The food was excellent and prepared as ordered. I gave a 4 star bc my husband felt the pasta needed more sauce but that’s personal preference. Other than that, everything was great! The New York style cheesecake was to die for! Thank you!
