Wanting to enjoy the night with my fiance, going to the steakhouse and requesting to be set aside from other customers…
The hostess says absolutely, and literally sets us right behind a family of six it ain’t already occupied section due to lack of staff.
Getting to the steakhouse late (10:00), we ordered a few drinks, which a customer service server, likely on his way out the door, up sold and make excellent suggestions as to what would be a suitable atmosphere drink for a smooth date
The waiter tried to ensure our experience, but fell short due to the subpar, at best, performance by the “getting ready to get off” kitchen
Keep your visiting hours between 6-8:00 p.m.

This can happen sometimes but unpleasant to see in served food. My broccoli had a bug on it. I originally ordered corn but they only told me they didnt have any when they brought my food out. My steak was also to rare for me so I had to wait while everyone else ate. The drinks are good and the fixed steak was good just want outback to make sure they have more detail to cleaning broccoli they offered my a replacement broccoli but by then my appetite was a little spoiled.
I’d also say I dont think they cook the broccoli long enough it tates hardly blanched. I prefer cooked but maybe they indent it that way

One of the worst steaks I have ever had. I’m genuinely curious how you can make the outside of an 8oz filet into beef jerky while keeping the center pink. I ordered a 8oz filet for carryout from Texas Roadhouse while we waited on or check.

I love outback food. I am a regular customer there. What I appreciate the most is you will receive the same quality of food for carryout that you get if you dine in. Some restaurants do not give you good quality carryout orders. The service is terrific. Employees are professional and courteous.

Came to lunch at this fabulous fancy place yesterday (11/25) around 2:30pm. We were all both taken to our table and seated to our table a small second quicker. Service at this place is absolutely professional and especially kind. And when asked for the dinner choices, the server was professionally kind and efficient in listening to our dinner orders and drinks. I got to be honest, the staff working their wasted absolutely no time at all cooking our food, plus the staff was efficient and productive, too. Service of entirety of the staff was above all, awesome. Hamburger and chocolate milkshake was delivered to me in an incredibly wonderful fashion. Drank chocolate milkshake, and it was marvelous. Beautiful and marvelous. Hamburger was delicious and marvelous too. Fries were awesome. And they tasted awesome too. Honestly, the entire overall meal was superb. Absolutely superb. I thank the entire staff of Outback Steakhouse Columbus along with the beautiful tremendous service and the meals and drinks provided for us with a beautiful well-deserved five stars. Nothing but a beautiful 5 stars, period.

Food was excellent. Filets were cooked as ordered. Lobster tail was a little smaller than accustomed too. Food was a little slow coming out but it was a packed house. Our server was awesome. I wish I knew her name because she did a good job. Would definitely eat here again.

Came for date night. Got here around 4. PM. Our waiter was Mason. He was absolutely amazing. I had a bad experience at another location. When I ordered the lobster there wasn’t barely ANY MEAT! I let mason know what happened. He said he was gonna take care of me. Ended up bringing two lobster tails out. Way more meat in both tails. Everything was so good,. Thanks to him I will be back. That is how you take care of your people.

Is a new location and the service should be better . We wait long time for our food and it wasn’t even warm. The waiter was lost like she it was her first day and made some mistakes, which I understand. I’ve no complain about that but after she try to make it up to us but we ended up paying more for our meal. My gastritis was active for 5 days after my visit. I don’t think we will be back honestly.
