It was a delightful dining experience. We didn’t have to wait to be seated, and our server, Cole, was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The food had a delicious spicy bite, and my steak was cooked to perfection! Highly recommend, and will eat there again.

I really try to be understanding because I’ve worked in restaurants when I was younger but I would want to know before I got there that this is how feedback is handled. I went to the outback to get something to eat and it was probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I ordered the chicken and ribs and the salad came out and 30 seconds later the food was already there I asked the server if they could take my food and keep it warm until I was finished with my salad even though I still didn’t have a beverage of bread she said she would get the manager. I asked her not to because I didn’t want to formally complain I just wanted them to keep it warm for me the manager came out anyway and that’s where the wheels fell off. She wanted to argue with me. she said I know for a fact Your food didn’t come out that fast and so I tried to just shut it down and say OK I’m sorry have a good day she continued to stand and argue with me and I ask her please can I get my beverage and eat my meal. A few minutes later she comes back and starts arguing again. whatever you do do not eat at the outback steakhouse in Richmond and if for some reason you do anyway don’t sit in the bar area. it’s not the bartenders fault but they expect her to wait on everyone and make the drinks for the rest of the restaurant with no help. they really need to get her some help and they really need to train the manager on how to deal with the public. Whatever you do DO NOT give any feedback about anything that can be improved because you will be berated. Half of the salad was parts that should be tossed out

Absolutely loved our first ever experience at Outback this evening! Exceptional service from Erin B! I got the Bloomin Chicken and my husband for the 12 oz Ribeye. I also got the salted caramel cookie skillet and oh my word… Amazing food and great atmosphere. Will definitely be back

Even during primetime on a weekend everything flows smoothly. Sat at the bar during the 30 minute wait and had a great time chatting with the bartender, Ariel. Good food good size portion, real value!

I had the salmon and it was delicious! Jobo was our server and he was awesome, very attentive even though he was busy. He suggested the Tam Tam dessert and it was sooo good! Had a couple of the managers stop by and check on us. All around great!
