It was Valentine’s Day about an hour to hour and half before closing and they were dead! They were all doing cleaning prep to close which was fine, the waitress was nice enough, but the food and quality of food was horrible and there wasn’t even a manager that came to check on us or anything. Both of our Steaks were severely undercooked from what we ordered and they took them back and then proceeded to just cook them some more on the grill and bring them back to us but mine to my husband and his to me and they still weren’t correct at this point but we were done. After the appetizer was brought out the waitress was pretty much MIA. So Valentine’s Day dinner special which included dessert for $80 and left disappointed. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

Affordable and Convenient
I was staying across the road in a hotel and was tired after a long day so I decided to eat at this Outback location. The Outback had everything I was looking for at an affordable price so eating there was an easy decision. On this visit, I started with a bowl of Tasmanian Chili which I have not tried before at Outback. What makes this chili different is that it has no beans in it. The chili had a little kick to it and was very filly, tasty and meat-eater-friendly. For the Main course, I had an Outback signature combo, Victoria’s six-ounce filet and Lobster. The steak was cooked and served at Medium-rare and was surprisingly good as I hadn’t eaten at an Outback Steakhouse in a couple of years. The food was great and I had no other issues. Overall a pleasant experience.

The food was good except for the burger. I asked for a rare and gut medium twice. Returned it. The manager was courteous and took off the cost of the burger and the cost of the Blooming Onion. Otherwise, the rest of the meal was pretty good. Waitress was super nice and left her a great tip. Ate lunch at location. The restaurant was clean and nice at opening. Was 30% occupied at lunch. The potato soup was fabulous . As always, the bread is spectacular. Atthe bottom of our top 5 places .

What an enjoyable dining experience! We walked in and were automatically greeted. We sat at the bar to watch football and our bartender was so pleasant. All of the servers worked as a well oiled machine, helping each other out, focusing on the customer’s needs- SO refreshing and NO attitudes- everyone was friendly! Maybe it’s a Kentucky thing, but it was nice to see-all the way until the hostess held the door for us as we were leaving! Food was good as always-

It’s not like she has to go back there and cook the food so I don’t understand why she can’t give people an ETA on the food coming out or etc.. I have never seen such shitty service in my 28 years of living. I will never be coming back here and I will tell people the same. Don’t even waste your time coming.

I love Outback for their great food and now I love them even more for their excellent service. This Outback has far exceeded my expectations. They had a slight issue with steaks not coming out as ordered. Jeff Bivins went out of his way to check on my dining experience and when he found out he took it upon himself to make it right. I ended up with one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. Each person I interacted with here from the greeting staff to the servers were fantastic. I even had other servers passing by check on me just because they were passing by. These people are truly cut from a different cloth! Great service and amazing food! What more could you ask for?!?

My family dined at the Signature location yesterday. Our waitress, Peach, was very sweet. We were welcomed upon entering and seated promptly. The server who brought our bread dropped the butter on the menu and table and asked us if we wanted him to clean it up. We said “please”, but he did not. Peach did, when she came by and saw the mess. Our food was fine, except our bread had a spot of green mold on the bottom. Peach was very apologetic, removed the bread and informed the manager. The manager came to our table @ 15 minutes later and thanked us for “bringing the mold to her attention”. We were told that the “bread was kept too close to the stove”. She did not apologize. There was no compensation. We paid our full bill, tipped our kind waitress, but will not return.

The food was delicious once it arrived, but we had a 90 minute wait before we got a seat and another 90 minute wait before we received our food….. Probably won’t return anytime soon. They seemed understaffed and disorganized.
